What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Baker is very attentive to all aspects of the appointment. Her concern, knowledge, and approach to the details of symptoms is very professional. She always let's you know you can call her anytime.
It is comforting for me to have that option if needed
Dr. Bakers office staff is spot on with anything you need. They and treat you like a person not a patient.
I appreciate the kindness of concern and feel good when I leave!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr Baker is VERY LOUD. When I told her I could hear her, she continued to speak VERY LOUD.
I find her over bearing and will look for another provider in due time.

Dr Baker is very knowledgeable but she talked very loudly. I felt like I was being scolded. She seems very rigid which is not what I had before. I do not know if we will be a good fit. I will see her in 3 mos.

I love that Dr Baker is very personable, is a good listener and feedback provider. I also really like and respect that the sessions are recorded for accuracy and “exact words”. Overall, excellent experience.

Dr. Nicole and their staff have always been very good and very helpful and explained things. I've been going to her for years. I recommend her to everybody. I love that place down there and her staff. Thank you.

I have been with dr baker for over 10 years if not more and there no other provider I trust more than her and the entire staff

What else would you like to say about your experience?
AWESOME!! Finally found a provider and office that are caring and make me feel like a real person. As we get older some places stop really listening to "old folks"; however, this office saw me for me and truly made me feel as if I mattered in every way possible. Makes me look forward to going to the Doctor! :)

Dr. Baker was very helpful and very courteous. She explained things very well to me. The staff was also wonderful. I had a wonderful experience.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I actually feel like the doctor listens. She takes her time with each appointment and not only asks questions, but really listens to the answers. We have real conversations about my health issues and how to deal with them and it’s making a difference, too.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I have only seen this doctor twice now. I came to her because she had great reviews and a lot of them complimented her on her listening skills. Working in the medical field as a nurse those are characteristics I look for in a doctor. Both my experiences I have had thus far I do not feel like was being listened too. I am not sending this in to upset anyone but hopefully to grow and learn from.

There was nothing I saw in terms of needing improvement. Office was clean, well run and staff was professional.

Everyone that assisted with my visit was great. I was having a rough day with everything happening w me and everyone was courteous kind.

Everyone I had contact with was very attentive in communicating with me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, I appreciate and respect Dr. Baker. Her staff is a reflection of the importance of being treated like someone instead of being rushed. In today's heavy world, to be treated with kindness, professionalism, and being very detailed, to me is a breath of fresh air!
