Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone I had contact with was very attentive in communicating with me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, I appreciate and respect Dr. Baker. Her staff is a reflection of the importance of being treated like someone instead of being rushed. In today's heavy world, to be treated with kindness, professionalism, and being very detailed, to me is a breath of fresh air!

The way the staff made me feel like I was the only person there. Not feeling rushed or like I was waiting someone’s time.

Having worked in medical field for 50 yrs, you get to know how things should roll. I must say I was very impressed with the entire experience at Dr Baker's office.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The dr listening better even if they ultimately disagreed and not cutting me off. Getting to know me at all and not acting like they wanted to flee the room as soon as possible.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt Dr. Baker was inconvenienced by my questions, concerns and requests. It was over 15 minutes between the departure of the nurse and the arrival of Dr. Baker. Her tone was clipped and indifferent, with an emphasis that the concerns I had may not be addressed because “…we don’t have that much time.” From the beginning, I felt like a second priority and I doubt I’ll return to see Dr. Baker again.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I feel Dr. Baker was not a good fit for me. She seemed easily frustrated with me The shortness and frustration she showed made me feel like she was annoyed at me. I just feel like she is not the primary care for me.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
During all of my visits, I experienced a consistently impersonal and disengaged approach from Dr. Baker. She has never recognized or acknowledged my children when they have been present, including my visibly disabled child. And has never showed interest in my life outaide of the answers to the required questions. The overall care felt checkbox-based, emotionally flat, with a polite. Overly cheerful tone yet lacking basic compassion or curiosity about the whole person. I am a medical professional myself and find this level of detachment unacceptable. I will be seeking care elsewhere

I feel each person I came into contact was top notch, the staff and doctor were very friendly. Made me feel cared for and heard.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
During my visit with Dr Baker there were times when I felt like she wasn't listening. I felt like there was something getting in the way of her ability to listen to me as a patient on a human level.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Honestly, I have noticed Dr Baker's disposition and every appointment that I've had with her. I've tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. I'm not sure if she is going through something in her personal life, but I'm considering finding a different doctor.

I am hopeful and excited to start my care and health team with the staff and Dr Baker office. I was handled with care and understanding and really look forward to my future with my new care team.

Everyone! From the young ladies in the front that signed me in, to the nurse that did my vitals, to the nurse that did my blood draw, and Dr. Baker herself were wonderful!!

Every one was great! From the front desk when I walked in she knew my name and everyone after that was super helpful and Dr Baker answered all my questions and concerns and spent time explaining to me about my health issues and how to move forward. She told me countless time to reach out to her if i had more questions. The visit was extremely awesome.

Dr Baker was kind of mean and was very rude numerous times. She made me feel uncomfortable with her attitude towards me. I told her I would no longer be seeing her and we walked out and I left. I will not be back to see her ever again. I was very uncomfortable disappointed in Dr. Baker.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I am so grateful for the accommodation and grace given to us as patients. We have limited support in life and feeling cared for and those needs being taken in consideration is a true rarity in this world. I am beyond appreciative for the support in dealing with difficult medical situations. It takes a lot of effort to get these situations where you can feel functional, and I have been given the rare opportunity to feel both functional and able to thrive. There was a time I thought none of that was possible. What a tremendous impact good care can have!

The entire staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and easy to talk to! Dr. Baker always takes time to thoroughly go over how I’m feeling & answer any questions or new concerns I have every visit.
