Keep up the great work and also the waiting room is not crowded everytime I am there. It serves as a therapeutic environment for us patients . There is no long wait times so that tells a lot how organize the place is.

Lisa Baker is nice, professional, and willing to listen to all concerns. She also doesn't brush away any concerns I have but is willing to listen and take them seriously which is hard to find.
