I like a Dr that has a little better bed side manner. He never smiled. He did explain things very well though and listened to my concerns.

Dr. Baker took the time to review my medical records, including old records from a previous state, to ensure he had the best information possible to discuss treatment options. He explained the options to me, and my care team from Carolina Arrhythmia has been available at a moment's notice to support my preparations for my procedure.

Dr. Baker is a very thoughtful, thorough EP. He is also conservative in his approach which I appreciate. He also approached my case with a high degree of urgency which I also appreciated, especially since I know how busy he is. While I might be a but biased, I am sure he's one of the very best EP's in the area and I recommend him often.

This appointment was a follow-up for a heart arrhythmia issue that I have had for some time and is under control. Some of the questions in this survey do not apply to this particular visit. Dr. Baker is always caring and knowledgable and he conveys next steps clearly.

The discussion was about the need for an ablation procedure. Very involved in discussion on procedure time, prep, and post recovery. Covered a lot of ground and was extremely helpful.
