Doctor was excellent, professional and easy to talk to!

This physician was remarkable! I literally had no waiting...Arrived quite early and was taken back almost immediately...even though it was before my scheduled appointment. She took a very nice long time with me...it was a friendly, thorough, relaxed, leisurely. The only downside was the fact that her online bio stated that she "did"eyes. The scheduler told me that she did not. I , therefore, scheduled with another doctor for my eye issue. During my appointment with Dr. Gharb I told her that I really liked her and I was sorry she did not work on eyes...she seemed taken aback and asked where I had heard that she did not do eye surgery. I told her from scheduling. Scheduling was wrong. Dr. Gharb does eye surgery. That was the hiccup. In every other regard Dr. Gharb was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend her ...for hands AND eyes.

I was referred to Dr Bassarri for a specific condition. Scheduling an ultrasound for my wrists was about a 6 week wait but I don't reflect that on my provider. She was very helpful and explained everything.
