I highly recommend Dr. Bachler, she is caring, thorough, answers questions and explains things in a manner I can understand. Her appointments are on time and she doesn’t rush through them.

Excellent communication with a new provider. Provided a mixture of "getting to know you" introduction going both ways with necessary the medical exam and information.

Dr. Bachler took time and explained everything to me, as well as the additional tests that she was going to run. She answered all of my questions and I was able to get my results back and talk to her with a very short turn around time. She is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor.

You come to a hematologist, oncologist scared and with lots of questions. You are dumped into a world with lots of medical jargon that is like a foreign language to you. Dr. Bachler takes time to explain everything, answer all of your questions and helps you feel like you have a voice regarding your care plan. Dr. Bachler is knowledgeable, understanding, takes her time with you and really listens to you. I feel so fortunate to have found her.
