Babe Westlake is a very good doctor and he is responsive and so is his staff. Or if you have surgery from him and you have an issue, they get you in right away to be seen of what's going on and taking care of it. I would highly recommend them.

Hi, the office staff was extremely professional and very courteous. I used online registration and it went really smoothly. The doctor, the provider, was very thorough, explained everything, took time to answer my questions. So I was very happy with the service I received.

Babe Westlake is absolutely what every cancer patient needs. He is very well-rounded in his field. He listens to his patients and you walk out of the facility with a sense that you are being well taken care of.

I would like to see an easier way to call and speak with my doctor or his medical assistance. There doesn’t seem to be a direct phone line to reach them. Apparently there’s a general number. After a long wait and a call back, you might get directed to the right parties. In my case, I think the call was redirected to someone other than who I was trying to get a hold of.

This was the first day at their new office. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the doctor. He listened to me, and discussed different options moving forward.

From the time you walk thru the doors all staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Westlake is a very concerning, yet a very knowledgeable doctor. A personable doctor and easily makes you understand his explanations, asking you questions. I would recommend Dr. Westlake to all family and friends.

Meeting the good doctor was better than I thought. He ‘s been there done that before. I would advise friends of his understanding and conversational approach to handling problems like many of us with knee issues. He’s a good man.??

Dr. Westlake was amazing! He explained things so I could easily understand information he conveyed. I appreciated the fact that he ordered additional tests in order to be sure a correct diagnosis is made. I look forward to the follow-up visit in March, since I should be provided with some possible options at that time, after he has time to study all the latest information.

Clinic seemed to have inordinate number of administrative staff, both at desk and inside, making me wonder what they were doing beyond sitting and waiting. I observed this same pattern at my previous visit to the clinic last year.

Dr. Westlake is an awesome Doctor. Not only does he listen to your cares…but he also explains everything to you so you understand what he feels you need to do to fix your problem. I have been to other Doctors but none of them made me feel that they understood and cared like Dr. Westlake does. In my book Dr. Westlake is the BEST!!

Dr. Westlake was exceptional care for my child. He not only answered our questions, but he made us feel comfortable, and even almost a year after our appointment, he knew exactly what we had originally came in for. I would recommend this doctor to anyone, and this doctor not only just viewed us as a patient, but he viewed us as people in his office. I truly am thankful for the doctor that he is, and I hope he continues to stay the doctor that he is. Thank you, Dr. Westlake.

Dr. Westlake was very helpful and gave me a lot of comfort in his diagnosis and plan forward. I definitely felt heard and it felt good to hear that what another specialist had said with full confidence and then changed their mind, was inconsistent with the care I needed and really he really made it clear what to expect in the future as I heal going through radiation therapy and steps afterwards.
