I was told I would receive a call from the surgery scheduling department but haven’t received a call. A clear timeline to set expectations would be beneficial.

I was sent to Dr. Westlake to get a second opinion from a recent scan, and after showing the scans to my wife and I, backed the initial diagnosis. He was very friendly and patient.

Very easy facility to find. Plenty of parking. Everyone was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. A good experience.

Everyone from the time we got there to the time we left was fantastic. And my son, who is a Yankees fan, says a person in the operating room should not wear a Boston Red Sox skull cap, but that didn't affect me whatsoever as a joke. Anyway, everyone was fantastic.

Dr. Westlake listened to my concerns regarding my knee pain and explained all the options for treatment. Once I chose a treatment plan, he explained the steps that would be taken. I felt at ease with my decision and know that I’ll be taken care of.

I really enjoyed the whole complete process of getting my hip replacement. I was able to use the new office. It's very individualized and does not feel like a factory or assembly line like your competition. I highly recommend Ream Down South and wish you much success. Everyone was great at the facility there also.

Really enjoyed the ease and convenience of quick, on/site X-rays, and not having to move around a medical campus. Offered a broader range of treatment options than I had been at a previous medical care provider

I so appreciate the friendly staff. From the receptionist, the doctors assistant and the x-ray technician I was treated exceptionally well. I can't say enough about Dr. Westlake. He treated me with great respect. Spoke so I could understand. I hope if I ever need another procedure he would be available.

Babe Westlake is a very good doctor and he is responsive and so is his staff. Or if you have surgery from him and you have an issue, they get you in right away to be seen of what's going on and taking care of it. I would highly recommend them.
