The NP was exceptional in the care she provided identifying my medical issue, explaining how I got what I had, and prescribing medication. I was very impressed with her. My wife says I’m not one to give out compliments too easily, but this NP was above many one might see.

Lauren has a fantastic professional personality that puts you immediately at ease. You know you are in good hands that she will do her best to resolve your problems. She asked the right questions & truly listened. Explained step by step what she was doing & why..She could tell I felt terrible. Her last statement meant a lot. " I hope you feel better soon & if you don't or start feeling worse please let us know." This show of sincere empathy was appreciated.

Lauren was very professional. She went over all my medications. Talked about my condition. Explained everything to me .made sure I new what medications she was giving me and how to take them.

Both the assisting nurse and PA were very accommodating of my child - they let him wiggle and play if needed and were very kind.

Lauren as well as the nurse that took vitals and did the tests were both very patient with my daughter, as she was scared to have the Strep Swab done. Lauren came in with suckers and stickers after it was all done to help put my daughter at ease.

Every person we came in contact was friendly, caring and professional. 3 of my family members were seen there this day, including myself, and other than my daughter's appointment taking some time due to how extremely busy the office was, we were all very pleased with the care and courtesy of the staff.

From the minute i walked in the door, i felt cared about. The receptionist was so kind, as was the nurse and the NP. The NP explained my condition, the treatment for the infection and symptoms. In the past, In the future, i will drive the extra miles to Farmington to Parkland Conv. Care. And will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Yes, Lauren took the time to listen and really helped me get on the right track to feeling better. I appreciate her time and how helpful and nice she was. She even made sure I could get to the pharmacy in time before they closed.
