He's one of the best doctors I've ever seen. Attentive, he gives patients good information and speaks clearly. He operated on my husband, and he's doing very well. And now I'm going through a medical history process, and he explained everything to me. I recommend him to everyone. Excellent, doctor. Thank you. Thank you.

Yeah. Good afternoon. I was asked, I had an appointment with Dr. Merchant at 1.30 or 2.30 I think. The office called me and asked me to be there. Can I go there an hour, hour and a half earlier? I said yes. I was there for about an hour, hour and 15 minutes. 15 minutes earlier than I was asked. I still waited for about 30 minutes before I had a nurse or assistant doctor or whatever came over. He spent a few minutes and an assistant doctor came over. He spent about 20 minutes. The actual doctor came over after almost the exact time I was given, which was 2 to 2.30. I was very disappointed.

I went for an evaluation of a lipoma in my neck and he wanted to operate on me for a lipoma in another area of my body. I felt totally pressured by the surgeon. He saw me as a bill to my insurance, not as a patient.
