Would like to see more specifics in the after visit notes that reflect that we had the personalized and caring care I explained in the survey. We laugh and we connect.

I like my cardiologist alot but when the patient feel ignored knowing she/he depends from the doctor and for unknown reasons you don’t get what you need to improve your health, the scenario changes quickly.
