I had to wait over two hours past my appointment time. I believe it was 2 1/2. I planned on driving to Fort Myers after my appointment but it was too late and traffic was so bad.

I came to see Dr. Azaiza as a new patient and I was pleasantly assured. He was prepared well with my medical information and medical history and I feel he is proceeding professionally with a care plan as he ordered relevant testing and preparation of optical examination, I look forward to a fulfilling and long lasting patient experience

I was told I would have someone call me the next day to schedule an appointment that is sooner than a month away and it has been three days and I have heard from no one. This arrangement is not reasonable. I live in Florida during the winter months and here. I am waiting to have some results prior to heading back to Chicago and I have no idea how long it will take for the next appointment and if that will in anyway, LEED towards necessary treatment
