Excellent people to look after the children, they are very patient and treat them with great affection.

The doctor that we saw for my son, he had an injury and she was incredibly kind, incredibly respectful, incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us verify that there were no lasting effects from the injury and she treated my son with the utmost respect. He's only two and it was amazing to me that she was speaking like body safety to him, like it's okay that I'm checking you because mom and dad are here and she really listened to us and like was supportive of us and it was a really wonderful experience like it's rare to have doctors that go above and beyond the way that she was so she was really great. So thank you for this.

Informative and friendly

Starting with the secretary, she was very friendly. And when we got back to the doctor, well, the nurse who brought us back was so nice and understanding and listening. And the doctor as well was very understanding and compassionate and really heard all my concerns, which as a parent of a child with an autistic, as a parent of a child that has autism, it makes me feel safe and heard. And we really appreciate them over there. Thank you very much.

Dr. Bilgutay is a wonderful doctor. She listened to my son. She assured him when he was nervous or scared and she's just wonderful. I can never say enough nice things about her.

Yeah, the doctor is very helpful, very professional in her work. My only concern is scheduling the appointment. Sometimes I have to wait like two weeks or three weeks to get an appointment. So I hope this is something to be considered.
