Dr Reddy demonstrates care great communication skills he ask questions he listens when I answer them and we have a very good rapport. I’m comfortable with not only him, but his nurse and his receptionist I’ve had nothing but great experiences and I rate all of my interactions has exceptional.

Did not answer refill request through mychart. Numerous requests unanswered and I had to track them down on the phone to get the answer that they wanted me to come in and make an appointment. This wasted several weeks.

I was given a referral paper for dermatology and one for sleep doctor/pulmonologist but will someone call me? Nothing was said as to how this works. No phone number was provided me in case the don’t call me within a few days. I am a new patient to Renown and don’t know how the process works.
