My first visit with Dr Atkinson as my long time PCP retired last year and I look forward to her being my PCP.

I believe I was told I'd be called by the doctor yesterday about a medicine for my bad disc in my neck. I didn't hear anything from her. And I don't know, maybe she's waiting until I come in in September. I don't know. But I kind of expected to hear about my test results. They took four tubes of blood out of me. So I guess I, I don't know. It was not a good appointment for me. I lost it. So for no blame for you guys. So I'm overall satisfied. I just don't understand what's going on with me right now. So thank you.

I enjoyed my visit with the doctor. I had specifically wanted to switch over to a female doctor since I'm 83, and I just had some questions that I wanted answered. She was very good. She recommended the pharmacist for a phone visit, and I'm very pleased with her. Thank you.

My husband loves this clinic in river falls. I started going now and feel the same way. Now we will be sending our daughter and her son there as they are in need of good medical care and having no luck with this at their clinic. Thank you for all you do

Scheduling an appointment in office is always much better. The automated phone system is terrible for scheduling appointments. They rarely have the accurate schedule available to them.

It was my first time seeing this provider. She was very nice, quick and thorough. She addressed what was wrong and also if I had anything else. Very pleased with this provider and wouldn't hesitate to see her if my primary was not available

Dr. Atkinson listened carefully to everything that I had to say. She made me feel comfortable and feel included in the decision making process about what to do. I like her as a person and trust and respect her medical judgment.

I did not see my primary care doctor for either appointment as she was out during my visits. I was able to see Hillary Meyers and then Christine Atkinson. I was impressed with both women and it made me realize what a great group of providers you have at the Mhealth Fairview in River Falls.

My new Dr was very personable, intent on learning about me and my health. I only rated an 8 because it was our first visit and I don't want to make snap judgements. I like her very much so far. The portal is not clear on tests. It shows results but no way to decide whether yours personally were good or bad and no way to compare with last time. Portal could be improved!

I had a great experience with the check-in nurses, all check-in nurses. Everyone treated me very well. They listened to me. They hear me vent. And it was just extremely great. I mean, I felt like I was at home due to how everyone accepted me and listened to me. Like I said, I appreciate it. It was great. And yes, I will recommend friends and family to this clinic. You all have very great service. And I highly appreciate that. So may you all continue with your great service, not just only to me, but to everyone. And you all are the best. Thumbs up. Thanks.

My daughter was seen by Christina Atkinson. She did not listen to me (a concerned mom) and dismissed my concerns. I hope she is not doing this with other patients, it didn't feel good to be leaving with her medical opinion after she dismissed my concerns. If I schedule here again I would like another provider who listens to the parents concerns.
