There was no waiting time after I was in her reception area. I also did not feel like my office visit was rushed. All of the contacts I had with staff was also pleasant

Dr. Kostidis gives me Botox shots for my headaches. And that is a lot of shots to your head, face, neck, and shoulders. She is very gentle and quick. Exactly what you need when you get your shots!

I feel extremely blessed that Dr. Kostidis is part of my care team.

I've been seeing Dr. Kostidis for several years and she is always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My condition has improved greatly during those years.

Dr Kostidis was highly recommended but I don’t see why. I have debilitating headaches every single day, all day. I feel like she doesn’t believe me. I keep telling her that these headaches do not feel like Migrianes and if I continue to get treatments to prevent migraine headaches. She doesn’t try to help identify the potential trigger causing these headaches. She doesn’t give me anything for the pain except muscle relaxers. She doesn’t explore other possibilities like maybe these are tension headaches and maybe my treatment should be different. It’s been too long with these headaches and I get 4 month follow up appointments. She doesn’t answer my messages sometimes. It’s like she doesn’t want to take any time to help me in between appointments until she can get paid for it, until my appointment. I don’t know who else to see next, is the only reason I haven’t switched providers for someone that actually cares to help me. This is so frustrating and it’s so depressing. I can lose my job and she doesn’t seem to try anything more to help me.
