I felt that Dr. Roumanas described my future procedure completely, and in ways that I could understand. He was very friendly and assuring, and made me feel comfortable about the procedure. And the recovery as well. I feel extremely confident that things will go well because of him and his expertise and commitment.

I appreciate the fact that he knew my case without having a file or papers or computer to refer to. I am sure he looked before coming into the room but he was informed.

Doctor and staff explained everything about the procedure carefully and easy to understand details. It save me the trouble of having to explain everything to my mother, who doesn't really understand medical jargon on my own time; which I really appreciated and felt it was outstanding.
