I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to then be rushed through the appointment and have the appointment abruptly end when it was time for rounds, even though I had not had a chance to ask my questions.

She was fantastic and showed true empathy for me as a patient and connected to my experience to make me feel more comfortable about my health decisions. She really listened to my concerns and explained things in a way I could understand.
