For a couple of years, I got no response from the office when I called & left a message asking for information. They contacted me in [MONTH] about a loop recorder incident of concern, & a series of appts & tests followed that quite quickly. staff is always friendly & helpful. Dr. Yunas is VERY knowledgeable, very direct, & after delivering good news, always seems to have a …but…. But then clearly outlines the next step. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need, though he is retiring fairly soon. But the whole staff says his colleague replacing him is amazing.

Dr. Yunus and Staff are highly knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. Dr. Yunus' expertise and solutions solved my recurring heart palpitations which had brought me to emergency several times before I found him. He has treated me with the appropriate meds for my Afib condition and has advised on my entire medical regimen with conservative measures. He is a state of the art physician. Top Drawer! Highly recommend. I like also that he recommends the Blue Zone Lifestyle habits which promote and foster a wholistic health approach.

I waited in the exam room for over an hour before seeing the doctor. When he came in he asked me why I was there, never mentioned the results from wearing a heart monitor and never even listened to my heart. Lectured me about how people should not eat meat. [Removed defamatory statement] This entire appointment was a waste of my time and money. He also claimed to have written a book titled "How Not to Diet"

You may have to wait to see the Dr because they care about each patient. You can't beat the care and knowledge the Dr and his staff have to assure you that they care about you and will help to relieve your mind of any issue you may be dealing with.

Dr Yunus asked me 2-3 questions upon entering the room. He was having computer issues and required assistance from staff to open the computer. Before looking at my chart (he never looked at my chart before talking to me or before leaving me in the room) he told me I was complacent, talked down to me, and said I needed to work harder at my diet and weight loss because this reflects on how he is seen as caring for me. He never asked if I had other health issues in the past year that would affect any progress made or not made. I have two autoimmune conditions that affect this, which he wouldn't know i had, since he couldn't open my chart during our 3 minute visit that I waited an hour for him to arrive to.

Dr. Yunis is a fantastic Doctor. My appointment was for 11 and I didn’t see him until 1220 and that doesn’t include the 15 minutes that I had to come early. But I get it, it’s healthcare!

I am always impressed with the Doctor’s knowledge base about my condition. He clearly outlines the treatment alternatives as available at the present time. When he has performed a procedure I have a clear idea of the expected outcomes and of any potential red flags.

Dr Yunus truly cares about his patients as a whole, and this is evident by the questions he asks and how well he listens to the response from the patient. He explains things in a way that can make even the hardest concepts make sense, which is important so that the patient can be a part of their own care team. I think Dr Yunas & his staff are excellent in person. However, after getting my loop recorder & an immediate & 6 month follow up, I didn’t hear from them for 3 yrs & when I called & left a message, my call was not returned. My PCP assured me they would get in touch if something came up, & eventually something came up & they did call me, but their general communication could certainly be improved.
