Outstanding experience and reputation. I imagine a great Dr for procedures. In my limited experience, late or very late to both visits and procedures. Practice seems overbooked and / or understaffed. Seems a "cookie cutter" approach. I think could have been more efficient use of time, and have better patient appreciation, to ask a questions or 2 before or having a very 'brief conversation before launching into a 'canned' description of potential issues and solutions. '

This was my first visit. Everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful. The doctor listened and explained everything. It just happened he was behind almost 3 hours. I was referred to him and had to wait over 3 months to see him. Now I have to wait 2 months for the surgery. From what I have heard and from talking to the Doctor himself I think he will be worth the wait. I'm hoping for call to get in earlier for the surgery.

My experience with Dr. was great. I understand that doctors may have emergencies that affect their schedule - and that Dr. Unis is in high demand. What i really dislike is how hos support staff handles the delays. My appt was for 8:45, I was asked to arrive at 8:30 which i did. I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes - with no explanation or update or apology about the wait. Then I sat in the room for 40 more minutes before the doctor came in. My vitals and questions from intake person took 10 minutes...so I sat for 30 more minutes - again with no explanation or update or estimate of long i was going to be there. From conversations in the waiting toom, it sounds like this is an every day occurrence - several reported regularly waiting 2, 3 and even 4 hours before seeing the doctor. I find that to be disrespectful of your patients-not so much that I had to wait - but no updates or estimated of time were provided. After 20 minutes of waiting, patients deserve that.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Yunus. He has a wonderful bedside manner and explains things so that we understand it. He never makes you feel rushed and answers all of your questions. He’s a wonderful cardiologist.

I waited 3 hours to see Dr . I understand maybe an hour wait but 3 hours is too long. Dr was in my room a total of 5 minutes. I think he is a great dr but I can't do the long wait. I feel sorry that he is so overbooked

Well, my last appointment was at 10:30 am but didnt see the doc until 1 pm. Dr. Yunus is a good Dr. but the wait time was unacceptable.

Dr. Eunice is a very kind, respectful and very informative and patient man. His staff is very respectful and it’s the best place that I have ever been and will always go to so I will always recommend anybody who has the same issues to go to him.

The only problem I have is the time I have to wait to see the doctor. I like Dr . Yunus, but really wish waiting time would be less.

Dr. Yunus gives very good explanations for heart rhythm abnormalities. His interventions have worked well for me. A follow up appointment (annual) had been delayed perhaps because of the loss/absence of Amanda (PA).

Dr Yunus and his staff are a great team and great at what they do. However, scheduling an appointment isn’t easy. It took five months for me to get in for a three-month followup.

Dr Yunus is an excellent doctor. However, when you make an appointment with him, know you will most likely wait a minimum of 1 1/2 to 2 hours past your appointment time to be seen. Bring snacks and a book!

I have recommended Dr. Yunis to a hospice care nurse who had been seen by other Dr's who could not help her. Dr. Yunis did an ablation and kept seeing her until the problem was fixed. I had the same experience over 10 yrs.

He’s a very good doctor however, every time I’ve been there, I’ve had to wait 2 to 3 hours to get in to see him. But they make sure to tell you to get there 15 minutes early and then you sit there and wait for three hours that really is upsetting to me

Don't be in a hurry. You may be there longer than anticipated. The wait is worth it, Dr Unis is vey knowledgeable and he will explain you issues with clarity.

I would recommend a procedure with him. He does a good job explaining things to you. His office/staff is nice but they Do NOT get back with you when you call with questions and concerns.

He was running extremely behind. My appointment was at 9:45 and I was not seen until 12:30. Allow plenty of time to see him. It's ridiculous!

That I received excellent care and I was very happy with the care that I received. The a fib problem that I had is a thing of the past thanks to Dr.Yunus
