Yes, I wish that the provider would have spent a little bit more time with my questions. It seems as though he was in a rush somewhat and also taking a little bit more compassion about my situation, showing somewhat compassion or interest in my diagnosis, as well as answering my questions to my understanding.

Wasn't happy with being or feeling steered to a Burlington Co. Mt Holly location for Scans, MRI at Virtua. I prefer SJRA because various location eith Camden Co. and for the consistency in Xrays, Scans & MRI images preformed in one place that my insurance is accepted. There's nothing wrong with patients know Virtua offer the service in specific locations. It was the telling me no, you can only have this done at Virtua Hospital Mt Holly that agitated me. When I know SJRA provides the same service at more convenient locations that did required me leaving my county to receive. There are other Radiology providers in the area like Radnet and Able Imaging with more convenient locals than Virtua's two locations of Camden at Lourdes and Virtua Mt Holly. Other than that for first visit I was pleased with my care.

Dr. Malek is a excellent doctor along with being kind, sensitive and explains your condition and plans very well. Always has a smile on his face when he enters the room. My husband and I appreciate him fully.

Delayed in MRI report . MRI done at our lady of Lords Camden.Report was not sent to the Dr. 10 days after the procedure. That is not encouraging.

My tele health appointment with Dr. Malek was great in discussion about my liver condition. I have fully confidence in the Virtua liver doctors

Dr. Malek will continue my MRI's Elastography annually and work with Dr [REDACTED] with my MRI Abdomen MRCP for pancreatic cysts.

Originally saw a pa who is no longer at virtua. After all of the testing, she didn't fully or correctly answer my questions. I then had to wait 4 months in discomfort to see Dr Malek who gave me different information and a referral. So, my treatment and healing has been significantly delayed.

I was advised by Dr.malek to see him in 6mths. When I called to make an appt.i was told their weren't any appts.available until nxt year and that his calender isn't even up that far.He's only in Tomsriver once a month ..cherry Hill is only for fatty liver disease and the other office is in Camden which I dont feel safe driving there..I was told that they would call me if their was any cancelations but that never happens.I have cirrhosis of the liver and need him too go over my blood work. I just need to be relieved of my results in 6mths.

Everyone is always great. My only problem is the provider is is only at this "satellite " office once a month, as a result I can never schedule an appointment when the provider tells me 6 months, I am either on a waiting list or have to wait until the new year schedule is opened.

Provider was too rushed. Spoke too fast. I asked him to slow down and he did. Re: contacting the staff is extremely difficult to get to speak to front desk. The provider apparently did not send a prescription for a procedure to MyChart so I had to call ( bc no one ever responded to my message in MyChart) Someone answered and said she would transfer me to the desk but I got the awful message and got put on hold. Try calling the Virtua center for liver disease and see if you get a live person to talk to. This is a chronic issue I have mentioned before. If it weren't for the fact that I need a hepatologist I would not go to this office.

If a doctor is gonna treat patients he needs to be there for all patients needs.Not this visit but I was recently given a hard time for forms I needed for a DOT physician. Current care provider felt it was beneath him and if he costs me my job him and Virtua are gonna have problems
