He knows his skills and communicates well. Having to wait 26 days to find out about the polyps and MRI data was not good, especially if you have history of cancer already

He is very knowledgeable and did look outside the box by speaking with other individuals when identifying what to do with my possibly having CA; however, waiting so long to be seen after being checked in is really hard to accept. I work in the medical field seeing patients and this would not be acceptable in my job. Everything in life has it's pro's and con's, and waiting for over 90 minutes in one room is a high con that out ways the pro's.
