I was told to be there at 3 pm for a 330 appt. So I go there at 245 so at 4 I asked how much longer it would be son to the person call and got no answer so she went and got her manager which came out and told the the techs were gone for the day and then I told her I’ve been there since
245 so I guess I was forgotten about and not checked in by the front desk person and not checked in all the way. I checked in before my appt on my phone a couple of days for my appt
