Ashley Austin MD was great. She explained everything to me in simplest terms.
The gentleman that took care of me before Ashley came was very friendly as well.
And the gentleman that did the x rays was awesome too. Overall my visit was positive.

I've had a lot of experience at HSS dating back 20 years. (4 prior surgeries) Dr. Austin and her staff far exceeded any prior visits. Not only did they get me into a room within 15 minutes (I often cooled my heels for up to 2 hours in the waiting room with my previous surgeon) She not only valued my time but offered me options, which were carefully explained. I was incredibly pleased with the "upgrades" in every way. Big fan.

Dr. Austin was amazing. After an initial discussion with the fellow, she proceeded to review the imaging with me and discussed the care plan. They were both extremely knowable and addressed my concerns. I was very pleased.

Ashley Austin is my newest provider at HSS as I formerly went to James [ ] who has retired. I think she is terrific and am very very pleased with her attention to my issues. I have two other doctors at HSS and feel very positive toward them as well. I feel very well taken care of.

Dr Austin is knowledgable, compassionate and kind. She promptly diagnosed my problem and provided treatment immediately which helped reduce pain and increase mobility in my right arm and shoulder. My quality of life has improved because of Dr. Austin!
