This was the first time I've been to this office. I used to see Ashley in Hammonton, but I decided to follow her to this office. The drive is obviously longer for me, but I'm glad I decided to stay with her. I'm very happy with the care I receive from Ashley and the new location is awesome!

Ashley Thomas made me feel listened to. Explained why I had symptoms and the steps to take to make sure the issue was resolved. I feel very comfortable with her as my primary care provider.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The only downside was when the MA overseeing me left and did not inform other staff members. I was left in my exam room for 20-25 minutes for vaccines before another staff member checked on me. The wait did not concern or bother me, but felt noteworthy of sharing.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful when answering questions. Miss Thomas was super diligent and listened to all my concerns and helped create an action plan. That would best suit my needs based off of my test results.

Ashley was very personable and professional. She took her time to familiarize herself with my records as this was the first encounter with me. She also listened and gave me time to ask the questions I had. I appreciated that greatly in this time of "hurry-up and get to the next patient". The staff that was working at the Rowan office was absolutely amazing. They were friendly. I had a little hiccup with my daughter's insurance, but they got it fixed. I didn't have to run in circles. The nurses were great because my daughter was nervous, but they were amazing. And Ashley Thomas goes above and beyond for her patients. My daughter has a little bit of anxiety and she always calms her down and is able to talk her through things and we absolutely love her and we love the office. Thank you.
