She knew exactly what is going on with me before she ran a test. X ray then mri follow up in 2 weeks during her lunch break she had an appointment for me. When I saw her this time I had several symptoms & she ordered bloodwork & some where abnormal but trying to wait for her to tell me how she’s going to treat me to get it back in range.

If it weren’t for Dr. Schmehl, I don’t think I’d have a PCP. She’s caring, understanding, soft spoken and has overall made validated my feelings.

Dr. Schmehl is an excellent provider. I know that every time I go to her office, she will be both honest and kind with me. She takes time to explain my options and listen to my concerns. I am grateful to have such a great physician as part of my care team.

Dr. Schmehl is so kind and compassionate. I feel that I have her full attention and she listens to me as a patient and as a person. I feel we are a team as she helps me with my concerns and goals, and explains things in a way I can understand. I feel so comfortable talking to her.

I appreciate the great alternative recommendations given to address issues I am concerned about- she recommended Herscan bec I didn’t want to be exposed to radiation from mammogram, increase intake of nuts, beans, fruits, veggies to lower cholesterol naturally bec I have sensitivities to prescriptions. Very respectful of my sensitivities to presc meds, etc. Able to explain simply common issues and what treatment course is. Appreciate her knowledge, respectfulness and recommendations.
