This is the longest I have ever stayed with one doctor. She listens and she meets me where I am.. she might want me to follow up with 5 things but she knows me and tells me the things I must prioritize

I never feel rushed along, and I always feel Dr. Schmehl offers all options to me, not just the one she thinks is best which really shows a level of respect for the patient that is hard to find.

Such a wonderful human being, Dr Schmehl. Thought I could never replace my old Dr when she retired. But I was wrong. Dr Schmehl is like a good friend you can't wait to see..She never hurries you out. With respect of her precious time allowed,she listens to you needs and doesn't push things on you. IHA is lucky to have her. I am blessed.

Dr. Ashley Schmehl is a great Dr I was brought up in the days when Drs told you what to do, she makes everything a choice which is nice because I don’t always agree with her. She is so open and friendly

She is a great doctor, however her schedule needs to addressed. The appointment times are not adequately timed out. There is not reason a scheduled exam at 9am should be 50 minutes delayed already.

Dr. Schmehl always makes me feel like I have her undivided attention. She listens, explains and asks me my thoughts about her recommendations. She is compassionate and patient and I appreciate that she asks me how I am doing. I feel like I am talking with a good friend when I see her because she is so easy to talk with.

I couldn’t ask for a better physician, Dr. Ashley Schmehl is such a caring doctor, she actually takes time to answer all your questions and concerns provide provides feedback right away and never hesitate to give an answer. She’s very detailed when she does answer your question and explains everything completely. I am 75 years old and she is the best physician that I have ever had.
