Ashley Ruffing, APRN, is a very caring provider. She is specialized in Pulmonary Medicine and is a very competent and confident in her role. Ashley is genuinely involved in her patients care and if you are lucky enough to have her as your NCH provider, you are in excellent hands!! She follows through on everything discussed and makes being her patient a rewarding experience!!

Inasmuch as this was my first contact with Ashley Ruffing with a severe and persistent cold I was actually surprised at the amount of information that she had about my previous health history. I had had a cold (RSV) for almost 3 weeks when I visited her and within a few more days with the information and prescriptions that she gave me I was able to pull out of the misery at 23 days! She was spot on with her prognosis, treatment and follow up. . . a true professional! Thank you Ms. Ruffing.
