The only problem I had was that this appointment got canceled twice. The first time no explanation was given. It was upsetting. The second was weather related which I understood.

Dr. Neiween was great and I'm sure it's not her fault that the wait time was so long! Dean seems to be struggling with staffing issues and it's been difficult to get appointments with any provider and the ones that are there are over worked.
