Dr. Dimpel and her assistant Alyssa are simply amazing. I am so grateful to partner with them for my care and health concerns. They are professional, kind and caring. With that said your front desk person was so rude and loud at another patient in the waiting area I felt compelled to ask the other patient if she was ok. People need to be treated with dignity and care especially in that setting and your current front desk person did not provide that.

Well, you did really well and I have nothing but great things to say about Ashley Dimpel. I've been going to her for years and as long as I'm on this planet, I will still go to Ashley Demple. As understanding there and you go in and you are an individual in front of her, not just a patient. And I have, it's all I can think of of giving her, she's a caretaker at heart and always will be, one of the very best there is. It's not just a job. And that, I don't know other words I can say to make it any better. I wish I had better English maybe or whatever, but I give it a 10 only doesn't say enough.

Ashley Dimpel is one of the best providers I've ever had. She takes the time to listen, makes me feel like she's there for me and extremely patient, like it's my time. And I never leave out of the office, you know, feeling like I don't know an answer or like anything's uncertain. She's always looking out for me and I really appreciate it. She's absolutely the best provider that I've ever had and I'm grateful.

I love the staff, MA, and Ashley. My only comment is the building's ceiling is leaking and there is visible mold, I could also smell it. For someone with mold illness, it's disheartening coming to see my wonderful APRN with mold on the ceiling. PLEASE fix this issue for the safety of renown staff and patients.

I have been under the care of Ashley Dimpel since 2022. She is an extraordinary provider, gifted communicator and inspires trust in her patients. I recommend her to everyone I meet. Under her care my chronic conditions have improved greatly.

Ashley Dimpel is an excellent care provider. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. In addition, she takes the time to review your medical history and recommend supplements or medications that will help with your medical issues. Her sincere, warm personality makes you feel comfortable as a patient.

Ashley Dimpel is one of the best pcp's I've had in the past 30 years. I trust her completely, she listens, finds information on questions, medications and treatments in office and with ease. I feel she works towards my health with care and understanding.

I absolute love the care I get from Ashley Dimpel. She is caring,listens to me without interruption. Absolutely knows her stuff. My sister in law is covered by the VA,but after meeting Ashley,she added her as a secondary doctor through her work insurance and is very happy with her.

Ashley Dimpel is amazing and I absolutely love her, but the receptionist is terrible and I've had multiple problems with her and so have others, so I'm not sure why she's still working there. It's the one with the dark hair glasses and everybody there calls her the dark presence.

I would like to commend Ashley for being my health care provider for many years. She listens, she's patient, she answers all my questions and gives me the right care I need and I actually just love being her patient. In addition, I would like to commend Alyssa, her assistant, for being great as well. And she's very patient and when she took my vitals, she was very nice and explained to me exactly what I needed to do and what to expect. But both providers are great. Thank you so much. Dr Ashley is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in my medical care. I have had struggles with my asthma and my diabetes. Both are currently under control with her medical diagnosis and directions. I am extremely grateful and thankful she is my primary care physician.

Ashley was incredible! This was a visit to establish care with a new primary care provider, and she took the time to go over my medical history and new concerns. I felt like my concerns were heard and time valued. Very happy with this visit and look forward to continuing to see her for future needs. The MA was also very nice and made my visit a great experience.

Staff jumped through hoops to find me a same day replacement provider and location after the power went out at original appt.

I know things happen that are not planned. But I waited an hour beyond my appointment time to be seen. When it became clear that there was a problem, I should have been given the opportunity to te-schedule.

My PCP Ashley Dimpel consistently operates on an exceptional level. She is totally invested in the health, well being and success of her patients. During this visit she went above and beyond in finding lower pricing for me on a particular prescription that exceeded my budget and fixed the issue immediately. I remain grateful everyday for the care I receive from Renown and Ashley Dimpel in particular. I share that with others every chance I get!
