I have had "GP's" for more than 50 years. Ashley Dimpel APRN is the most caring and connected medical professional I have ever had. I trust her with my medical situation, regardless of where it is. I listen & act on her guidance. I hope she doesn't become so busy she doesnt have time for me.

Ashley Dimpel, APN has provided the best patient care I have ever received in my rather long lifetime! She is highly skilled, compassionate, thoughtful and the level of care she provides is exceptional. I'd also like to compliment her assistant Shayne. He mirrors Ashley's dedication to her patients and is also highly skilled. As a Renown patient under Ashley's care I know patient care will always be first class, and I thank you!

Very professional and thorough. She Identified the issues and sent me for Additional tests and other evaluations. I feel very comfortable with her assessments. She covers what she can of my issues. She then pulls in others as needed. Then monitors my care through resolution.

Ashley is the best primary care doctor I’ve had. She takes so much time to listen to me. I never feel rushed, and she has great ideas to help my medical concerns. She is a gem in the Reno community, and her staff is all fantastic also. Her medical assistant was very friendly.

Dr. Dimpel has always taken exceptional care of myself, my mom prior to her passing and is now my husband's Primary Care Physician. She's attentive and is proactive in ensuring that our medical needs are met. I have seen other providers in her office out of necessity due to scheduling and was disappointed with my visits.
