This was one of the best annual visits I've had. The doctor was able to sit and talk with me about my medical concerns whereas in the past the doctor seemed rushed and maybe overbooked. The [ ] may have helped with this visit? It was nice to be heard and not feel like I was just another patient taking up time

When you mention an issue she really digs in to help resolve your issue. She is very easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable. She is good at breaking down issues and sending you to specialist if needed.

I had questions about meds to manage [ ]. We probably talked for 20-30 minutes. She explained benefits, risks, and alternatives. Most importantly, I did not feel rushed, or that she was just “trying to get rid of me.” APRN Dimple is a genuine **care** giver.

I had originally scheduled my appointment with urgent care. Renown called me a couple hours before appointment, and asked, if I’d like to go see Ashley Dimpel, instead of going to urgent care. I was thrilled to get to go to the clinic, instead of urgent care. This was the first time, I had ever seen Ashley Dimpel, and was more than completely satisfied. She was wonderful.
