I couldn't have imagined a better visit for a complicated issue. Dr. Bauer was so nice. So patient and answered all questions in a easy way to understand. That also made me feel good and comfortable about a scary procedure.

I was unable to log into My Chart to register early. The front desk did give me a number to call but would be nice to register early with other options.

Dr Bauer is a delight! She cares about her patients and works to have good relationships with them. She listens and treats you like a partner in figuring out what is wrong.

Doctor Bauer is always excited to see my daughter and I. She takes our concerns. My daughter was also seen and a small procedure had to be done. My daughter and I sing a song when she has something that scares her. Dr Bauer sang along to help her feel more comfortable!

I initially saw Dr. Bauer about my hearing in prep for my hearing aids. At the 1 year recheck we talked about my sinus. I went on Flonase then. This appt was to talk about the progress I've seen. Dr. Bauer prescribed Flonase for me so I don't have to buy OTC. A great help.

I can struggle with my words so I appreciate when people listen. I know that can require extra time and effort. I hope that my own frustration with being able to explain/express things doesn’t interfere with my care. I feel that we came to an agreement on next steps and follow up.
