She made me feel very comfortable for an uncomfortable type of problem. She was very easy to talk to as well as knowledgable. She treated my concerns with sincere empathy and took time to explain the problem and treatment.

I really appreciated that she had my best interests at heart and laid out the information. Even though we came to a conclusion that I didn't want to hear, I found solace in knowing that it was still the best decision for me and that the doctor gave an honest effort in trying to fix my problems.

she provided me with one of the worst medical care provider experiences I have ever had. she negated every symptom, occurrence of my illness, and treated me like I did not matter. I overheard her say (even though I was four minutes late and spent an hour and a half doing paperwork) that I was "just going to have to wait" to be seen. she said this with a recognizable negative tone, with power/control dynamics at play in the the doctor/patient relationship being quite obvious in her manner. she was dismissive of my pain, did not offer me numbing cream after doing exploration, and gave information that my previous doctor did not mention or did not state to be a matter of concern. I was so concerned after leaving her office, after her scheduling a procedure under anesthesia, that I contacted another doctor in her field (a personal contact) who confirmed that her bedside manner' is horrific. I don't care how smart you think you are or how good you think you are at your job, if your patient leaves your office terrified of being under anesthesia with this person in command, there's a problem.

I am so grateful Dr. Kimbrell did my colon resection and removed the fistula between my colon and vaginal cuff. I have no more discharge from my vaginal area which feels wonderful. She is professional, but caring, a truly great physician!

She was one of the best doctors we have seen since becoming ill. I highly recommend her. She took extra time to deal with my situation and went the extra mile. We were desperate. She eased our frustration. She also seemed genuinely concerned. Excellent physician!

The only issue I had was that the preparation and discharge instructions I was VERBALLY given was contradictory to the written instructions I was given. I made several efforts to confirm what actual instructions and information I was supposed to follow.

She is a very thorough doctor with a great receptionist! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Friendly staff. I wish I had gone to her the first time this problem occurred. If I ever experience any issues in the future, I will definitely call this office. I really appreciate the time she took to answer my questions and provide me with information on how to prevent it in the future. Excellent doctor.
