We find Ashlee to be knowledgeable, professional and always clear and concise in her answers to our questions. We never have trouble understanding her answers or instructions. That is very much appreciated. We never hesitate to ask questions as she always listens so carefully and works with us for any answers or solutions.

I usually see Dr. [ ] . When I called for my annual appointment in September, I was told first available was April 2026. I know he’s busy but really?? I was scheduled with his nurse practitioner because I needed to renew [RX] prescription. She was very nice and seemed competent. However, I will now try to schedule with Dr. [ ] .

Very pleasant Dr. and staff. Dr. Went over my
blood tests. Told me she was going to check on one of my results to see how it was doing.

Ashlee Crawford is the best...I asked if she could arrange for me to go to Renown South campus for my appointments as it is so much closer for me to travel as I live in South Reno and not fight the traffic to get to her office. So she set me up for my next appointment at South Renown, thank you very much.

APRN Crawford was absolutely outstanding. I had never seen her before, but she knew my entire history going all the way back for years, was aware of everything that I've been through, what worked, what didn't work, all kinds of things. I was very impressed. And she was very pleasant, helpful, explained things, listened to me. She's absolutely one of the best health care providers that I have ever had. Thank you.

Good experience. My tests and appointments were explained why the doctor wanted to do these tests and why she wanted to see me back. Explains why she is doing certain tests. I’m very happy with my Drs. treatment and care.

The Dr is awesome, she was interested, informative, answered all questions, asked me if I had anymore and discussed follow up care and discussing of lab test results. She truly was one , if not the most caring provider I've experienced at Renown. Don't get me wrong, all of them are great, but this one really cares.
