Check In process at the front desk was very positive. Clear instructions, attention, comfort and pleasant personality provided by Dr. Webb's assistant. Dr. Webb is so professional. Her knowledge, information sharing, thoroughness and attention are appreciated.

When you assign a referral to another Medical site, you forward necessary Referral request papers. I had to return home w/appointment being cancelled not recent necessary papers!!!

I am use to receiving copies of my lab work and a summary of my visits with the primary doctor etc. Which ever one I see. I have had problems with getting referrals Not detailed enough for me.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Clean comfortable surrounding. Doctors that really are knowledgeable about older patients and want to help them. When you have a problem, call in and someone will always get you help.

Have someone check meds for refills. That might shorten the wait time afterwards. Have classes or short videos on diabetics, heart disease, hypertension etc. What happened to the exercise class?
