Overall the experience was good. Juts that I had to scold the nurse at one point or raise my voice. I wish that was not required.Tomorrow if I have to take my kids, I see I have to go and make sure I stand ny ground with the nurse for her lack of empathy.

I had a previous more positive experience with this facility so I'm keeping an open mind, maybe they had an "off" day.

The tech that took my daughter’s vitals and did her nasal swabs was AMAZING! I believe he said he was an X-ray tech but, he should absolutely work with children all the time. My daughter is 8 and anytime we’ve had to do swabs of any kind she is a handful to say the least. This gentleman took the time to explain to her what was going to happen, spoke to her in a child appropriate way, and made her feel so at ease that she sat perfectly still and quiet while he did the swabs. I can say enough how appreciative I am that he was the one that did the swabs that day!! That man deserves a raise and serious praise and recognition for his care that day! Especially considering how busy it was!
