What else would you like to say about your experience?
I think the folks do a phenomenal job. And I really appreciate having that facility here and the quality of people you have on the staff. And Dr. Catherine Ash has only recently joined that facility, but wow, is she a great doctor. Just really pleased with her and helping the patients the way she does. So can't ask for any better than that.

Everyone worked together on getting answers to my questions. And did a awesome job and seemed very concerned. I'm very impressed and very pleased. I'm looking forward to my new Dr and all the rest of them in the Dr's office.

The doctor was extremely thorough and kind. I appreciate she took the time to introduce herself and was so personable, so it put me at ease. I also appreciate the time she took to explain options/her insights and to answer my questions…I didn’t feel rushed at all!

Dr. Catherine Ash was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I am so happy and fortunate to have her as my new primary care physician. All other staff members were extremely helpful and friendly.

She gave me the opportunity to speak and she, I felt, not only took her time, but she, because my case is medically complex, she looks outside the box. She's not like a lot of doctors who are cookbook doctors. She herself looks outside the box and looks for things outside the box regarding patients and the treatments that are necessary for those patients who have medically complex cases and are

Our first time at the BJC Edwardsville facility and we couldn't of had a better experience, Dr Catherine Ash was very attentive and thoughtful. The entire staff were 10 out of 10.

I have been so pleased with my experiences at the BJC CENTER Iin Edwardsville. As an older adult, I prefer to find quality medical care nearer to my home. I have found it.

Dr. Ash was awesome. This was my first visit with her and not only did she establish me as a patient, but also addressed the issues I’m having. She was very compassionate and great at asking appropriate questions to figure out what is going on and how to find answers to these problems. I am very impressed by her bedside manner and approach to finding out what’s causing my medical problems.

Dr Ash was well prepared for my visit, obviously having thoroughly reviewed my medical history. She was inquisitive and encouraged my sharing anything that was concerning me about current care and any new issues. Overall I was very encouraged that she is a good fit to manage my healthcare.

The wait time was extremely long. We waited about an hour to get in past our appointment time.

Dr. Ash was wonderful. She is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She listened patiently to all of my issues (and there were many) and had helpful insight into solving them. I feel very confident in her care and already have and will in the future recommend her to others.

Dr. Ash was running behind with her appointments. When she came in, she was very apologetic for running behind, but I explained that it was no big deal and that I was used to that from a previous provider. Even though they were running behind, I never felt as if she was rushing the appointment. She took the time to listen and discuss things with me.

This was my 1st appointment with Dr Ash, and what a great experience! Friendly, courteous, caring, and thorough in her review of my case, meds, and answering my questions. I immediately felt she was the right choice for me!

I found that all the staff at the facility were very helpful, cordial, and encouraging. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Ash. She paid great attention to what I had to say. She had a lot of feedback information to give me, which helped me understand why we were going to do some of the tests she suggested, and I would refer her gladly to anybody that I felt needed a primary care physician.
