I have been so pleased with my experiences at the BJC CENTER Iin Edwardsville. As an older adult, I prefer to find quality medical care nearer to my home. I have found it.

Dr. Ash gave me plenty of time to discuss all of my issues. She was careful and comforting and very friendly. I felt at ease and I was really glad that I came to see her.

The facility was clean and easy to navigate. The office staff were friendly and efficient. The MA and provider were knowledgeable and personable. I have already recommended this office and provider to others. Very happy with my experience!

This was my first visit with the doctor and at this facility. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend anyone looking for a new doctor to go there! I love my new doctor, Dr. Catherine Ash!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Ash was awesome. This was my first visit with her and not only did she establish me as a patient, but also addressed the issues I’m having. She was very compassionate and great at asking appropriate questions to figure out what is going on and how to find answers to these problems. I am very impressed by her bedside manner and approach to finding out what’s causing my medical problems.

Dr Ash was well prepared for my visit, obviously having thoroughly reviewed my medical history. She was inquisitive and encouraged my sharing anything that was concerning me about current care and any new issues. Overall I was very encouraged that she is a good fit to manage my healthcare.

The wait time was extremely long. We waited about an hour to get in past our appointment time.

Dr. Ash was wonderful. She is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She listened patiently to all of my issues (and there were many) and had helpful insight into solving them. I feel very confident in her care and already have and will in the future recommend her to others.

Dr. Ash was running behind with her appointments. When she came in, she was very apologetic for running behind, but I explained that it was no big deal and that I was used to that from a previous provider. Even though they were running behind, I never felt as if she was rushing the appointment. She took the time to listen and discuss things with me.

This was my 1st appointment with Dr Ash, and what a great experience! Friendly, courteous, caring, and thorough in her review of my case, meds, and answering my questions. I immediately felt she was the right choice for me!

I found that all the staff at the facility were very helpful, cordial, and encouraging. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Ash. She paid great attention to what I had to say. She had a lot of feedback information to give me, which helped me understand why we were going to do some of the tests she suggested, and I would refer her gladly to anybody that I felt needed a primary care physician.

Dr Catherine Ash was friendly in welcoming us as new patients, attentive in her listening skills, knowledgeable in her field and thorough in providing advice on many topics of concern. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a PCP!

I have already recommended Dr. Ash to my daughter and son-in-law and they have scheduled appointments. I am thrilled to have Dr. Ash in our community and access to BJC services in Edwardsville. Dr. Ash has a warm and competent presence and I am so happy to have her replace my doctor of 36 years after his retirement.

LOVE Dr. Ash, she took the time to really listen to my concerns. She adjusted medication and even referred me to some videos that might help in my situation.
