The wait time was extremely long. We waited about an hour to get in past our appointment time.

Dr. Ash was wonderful. She is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She listened patiently to all of my issues (and there were many) and had helpful insight into solving them. I feel very confident in her care and already have and will in the future recommend her to others.

Dr. Ash was running behind with her appointments. When she came in, she was very apologetic for running behind, but I explained that it was no big deal and that I was used to that from a previous provider. Even though they were running behind, I never felt as if she was rushing the appointment. She took the time to listen and discuss things with me.

This was my 1st appointment with Dr Ash, and what a great experience! Friendly, courteous, caring, and thorough in her review of my case, meds, and answering my questions. I immediately felt she was the right choice for me!

I found that all the staff at the facility were very helpful, cordial, and encouraging. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Ash. She paid great attention to what I had to say. She had a lot of feedback information to give me, which helped me understand why we were going to do some of the tests she suggested, and I would refer her gladly to anybody that I felt needed a primary care physician.

Dr Catherine Ash was friendly in welcoming us as new patients, attentive in her listening skills, knowledgeable in her field and thorough in providing advice on many topics of concern. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a PCP!

I have already recommended Dr. Ash to my daughter and son-in-law and they have scheduled appointments. I am thrilled to have Dr. Ash in our community and access to BJC services in Edwardsville. Dr. Ash has a warm and competent presence and I am so happy to have her replace my doctor of 36 years after his retirement.

LOVE Dr. Ash, she took the time to really listen to my concerns. She adjusted medication and even referred me to some videos that might help in my situation.

I recently switched doctors to Dr. Ash so this is my first time seeing her for something other than a regular checkup. She was great! Showed concern, listened, explained next steps. I’m so happy she is my new doctor!

I am unable to walk from the Dr office to my car and the nurse took me the entire way in a wheelchair.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very convenient to have lab and xray in the same building. Dr. Ash is a compassionate provider. I always feel listened to and she explains my care exceptionally well. Would recommend Dr. Ash and the providers at this location. A beautiful and clean facility, easily accessible and convenient parking.

Dr.Ash and Kelsey were amazing. They listened and I felt comfortable explaining all of the issues I am having. I have avoided going to the doctor for many years for fear of judgement, but I did not feel that way when meeting with Dr.Ash and Kelsey.
