Your systems don't talk. I completed a questionnaire on a tablet and then got asked many of the same questions by the nurse. Upon leaving my annual appointment the person at the front desk seems perplexed that I would schedule another annual physical. When I asked about the new doctors (Dr Browning is retiring) I got blank stares. So I selected my new doctor blind. :-(

I have been with Dr. Browning for 23 years. His staff, some have changed over the years, have all been wonderful, caring, understanding and professional. Dr. Browning is a once in a lifetime doctor and it upsets me to say that he is retiring. One of his staff said of his retirement, 'He is a size 12 shoe, other doctors are a size 2 compared to him'. I wish Dr. Browning and his wife the best in retirement. Enjoy yourselves, you deserve it!

The office staff are very friendly and professional. I also like the fact that I can get my labs completed right in the office. The most fabulous part of the practice is Dr. Browning. I greatly appreciate his personalized, caring, professional health care. He is excellent!!!!! Thank you everyone!

Everyone that works here are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting area and exam rooms are neat and clean. I've never had a bad experience since I've been a patient for over 15 years.

With all the changes that have taken place in the Baptist Health network people have come and gone....but my provider has always been there for me and continues to communicate with me.
