Everything was fine except finding the new location. I had to pull over and call the office to get directions only to wait 5 min to speak to a real person and having to listen to the automated menu over and over. Now that I know how to get there it will be a piece of cake next visit. Staff was great new place in White Oak is great. Phone system needs work

The new White Oak office is so convenient! Next to shopping, food, and has free parking. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and Dr. Berhanu was ready to see me. I always appreciate when there isn't a long wait. She's also very good at remembering personal details in my life or checking in on issues I might have mentioned at a previous appointment. I truly feel like she cares and that's why I have been seeing her for so many years!

my experience was excellent. after DR. Potter examined my right knee, and tne anxiety i was feeling proved to be just that. I had not been seen for about 2/or3 years, because my caregiver, had to start caring for his father, which meant I lost my ride to ARA.
heretofore, I have had excellent treatment by Dr. Potter.I am 99 now and I guess I got caughtup in numbers. I am doing good now. a knee brace was prescribed for me. and the rest remains to be xsperienced.

Great experience, everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Dr. Potter gave some great advice on things that can help with my overall health and test we can do to see where I am with my RA to make a new plan if necessary.

This was my first time to the new White Oak office. It’s quite lovely huge parking lot easy access. Every person there was as always delightful knowledgeable. They take care of you quickly and very well and then there’s Dr. Jeffrey Potter. I’ve been going to him for years. He’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. I trust him 100% and this seems like the perfect place for this new office. He’s so happy everyone there was so happy it made me happy you should go there if you have arthritis or rheumatism or anything else that they can help you with it’s a I had a great experience. I just wish Dr. Potter was my only doctor for everything.

Dr. Potter is excellent. Had not seen him in 2 years, but he had everything that occurred 2 years ago in his computer and could discuss it with me in detail. He is so good at explaining my condition and what can be done to treat my issues. Best doctor ever!

Wonderful! - excepting the online registration, which was too long and timed out when I was over an hour into my attempt to answer all the questions (and it failed to save everything because of that). I completed what was missing quickly with the help of the person who checked me in, and was actually called back before I'd finished the last page. Staff were courteous and efficient. Dr. Rottmann was terrific. I focused on one of many problems but she listened to my description of the background of my pain, in multiple areas, asked all the right questions, and proposed several approaches I can try for managing my symptoms, from the simplest and near term to the more permanent and long term solutions. She explained what I might expect as far the the progress of my conditions, and completed a report summarizing, in simple to understand language, our discussion, available online the next day. I downloaded and printed that report for reference. I felt like this is the kind of service doctors are supposed to provide and seem to seldom do in today's world. I only regret she is leaving the practice to move into the policy world, but I have faith the practice itself has provided me with a doctor for my follow up care who will reflect the offices obviously high standards.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment. Dr. Potter is very kind and explained things clearly in a way I could easily understand. I would highly recommend this practice.

My appointment went well. However, I don't understand why, when I came in for a DEXA scan on 7/22/26, I wasn't scheduled to see the doctor at that time but was scheduled to see the doctor the following week, resulting in a higher fee.
