Dr. Potter is excellent. Had not seen him in 2 years, but he had everything that occurred 2 years ago in his computer and could discuss it with me in detail. He is so good at explaining my condition and what can be done to treat my issues. Best doctor ever!

Wonderful! - excepting the online registration, which was too long and timed out when I was over an hour into my attempt to answer all the questions (and it failed to save everything because of that). I completed what was missing quickly with the help of the person who checked me in, and was actually called back before I'd finished the last page. Staff were courteous and efficient. Dr. Rottmann was terrific. I focused on one of many problems but she listened to my description of the background of my pain, in multiple areas, asked all the right questions, and proposed several approaches I can try for managing my symptoms, from the simplest and near term to the more permanent and long term solutions. She explained what I might expect as far the the progress of my conditions, and completed a report summarizing, in simple to understand language, our discussion, available online the next day. I downloaded and printed that report for reference. I felt like this is the kind of service doctors are supposed to provide and seem to seldom do in today's world. I only regret she is leaving the practice to move into the policy world, but I have faith the practice itself has provided me with a doctor for my follow up care who will reflect the offices obviously high standards.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment. Dr. Potter is very kind and explained things clearly in a way I could easily understand. I would highly recommend this practice.

My appointment went well. However, I don't understand why, when I came in for a DEXA scan on 7/22/26, I wasn't scheduled to see the doctor at that time but was scheduled to see the doctor the following week, resulting in a higher fee.

I had very good experience. Dr. Nitasha Kumar is as usual very professional and caring physician. She is thorough and generous with her time. The stuff is pleasant. I also like the new office it is bright and spacious.

I had an initial, extended first appointment with Dr. Adey Berhanu and her PA. They were very thorough in obtaining information and answering all of my questions. Both the PA and Dr. Berhanu were friendly and caring. I felt very comfortable with them and will definitely return to them for future health care needs.
