The student or pa was excellent, the NP doesn't explain things, and seems very cold and not concerned about you. I always had to ask why or ask a question to get an answer.

Disappointed that we could not compare past heart attack pictures to previous heart attack to understand heart damage. The doctor and Rapid City, South Dakota said we had 80% good. 20% bad on heart, we want to know. If you agree with that, they couldn't answer those questions because none of the data was in the computer. Which we brought the data 2 weeks prior to the appointment, and it wasn't in the computer.
