Everyone I came into contact with. I was in a lot of pain and needed answers with a resolution to my lower back pain so that I could get back to work and my life 100%.

I left feeling like I needed more confirmation for the cause of my symptoms. I was educated on ways to manage symptoms but not really a cause for the symptoms.

I felt like Melissa was burnt out and I was disappointed that she didn’t give me more insight or clarity to my medical conditions. After a subpar exam, I felt like instead of leading the care and suggesting what she would have me do, she asked me what I wanted to do.

Dr Armstead was amazing. I walked in right from a breast cancer diagnosis. She was thorough and extraordinarily kind and personable.

Miss Armstead was so AMAZING. Honestly I think I’d say she was the best Dr I’ve seen. She was not rushed in any way, I didn’t feel belittled or lacking knowledge by asking questions. She supported me and helped resolved my concerns and fears. I’m not easily impressed but she has done it.!

I haven’t seen a primary care provider since 2019. Dr. Armstead was a breath of fresh air! Her smile lit up the room when she walked in, very pleasant & didn’t make me feel rushed through our visit. She was clear & concise, throughly explaining her observations & advisement’s. I’ve been looking for a primary care provider like Dr. Armstead for several years & nope I’ve g found her here. Thank you!

Dr.Armstead and staff were excellent,extremely knowledgeable,considerate and kind. They put me at ease the moment they entered the room.

Dr Armstead has provided me the best of care and treatment. My health has so improved I was able to be taken off two medications. She has supported my care so well.

Just started seeing Melissa as my new PCP in January and love her! My goal is to be a nurse practitioner one day and clinicians like her make me excited to become a provider.

Both Melissa and the nurse were extremely professional during my last minute visit, to address a leg wound/tetanus shot. Clear communication with everyone!!

Dr. Armstead is an excellent doctor. I love the way she listens and understands what I am talking about. She is very patient and lets me know she understands. I appreciate the way she explains things to me. She makes me feel she is really concerned genuinely about my health.

Dr Armstead is an incredibly refreshing physician-she takes the time to review and explain details of test results, address questions/concerns and explore options available to address health concerns.

The reception and the aid as well as DNP Armstead were very much in sync and versed in knowing about my med history. They were all thoughtful, kind and professional.

Dr. Armstead is an amazing doctor. Her bedside manner is excellent. She listened to me and gave me great professional advice. I felt like she really cared about my health and overall being. She is a great doctor and asset to BJC. I will be spreading the positive word about her!

Dr. Armstead is always pleasant, professional and proficient! She really listens to your concerns before addressing them and works with you towards an effective solution. Kudos, Dr. Armstead!! Also her MA/nurse was very kind. 😊
