I was seen 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The front desk wasn't sympathetic regarding the wait time. In addition, all the forms needed to fill out have duplications information. It was a waste of time to have to fill them out.

My experience is going good. Doctors,midwife,nurses and staff are very well and polite.

Only issue is I wish policies could be altered for spouses overseas to see their baby on the ultrasound. I could bring in all the documents to prove my husband isn’t even in the states

He always helps me understand the importance of my [ ] and ask about how my numbers have been and ask questions on how much I’ve been following my [ ] and the importance of it as he is a [ ] himself.

I was already looking to leave a review before I was sent the survey. My most recent visit was helpful reassuring and supportive. Doctor was very intentive friendly and handled things with Care. He was thorough and communicated well with the other staff working alongside him very pleasurable visit. And I am thankful to be in his care.

He put me more at ease knowing about something with my babies [ ]. Did make me feel more comfortable knowing it's common and they usually spontaneously heal on their own. Just said to make sure the babies [ ] was looked at when she is born . Where as the first provider freaked me out making it sound really scary for me.

This appointment had the potential of being scary, but Dr. Fuentes' presence immediately put me at ease. I was able to ask questions and felt like he was the doctor that I should have during my [ ].

Dr. Fuentes is an exceptional doctor who always listens attentively, making each visit a pleasant experience. His friendly demeanor and great sense of humor put you at ease, making it easy to talk to him about any concerns. Highly recommended! I wish the [ ] could be saved digitally or uploaded to the patient [ ]. This way, we could easily access and keep it without needing to print it out. It would be much more convenient and environmentally friendly!

I felt heard and understood by the Doctor. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The nurses were also very attentive and helpful.
