He is a wonderful, caring individual who instills confidence in his approach and knowledge. We have issues with the practice in general, with it sometimes taking days to get an answer to a question or a prescription refilled. We get the constant impression that there are too many patients and not enough time to service them properly.

From the moment I received my results, I noticed that incorrect tests had been ordered. When I initially requested an explanation, none was provided, and my messages went unanswered.I later received two phone calls by MA Daniele; however, during those calls I was addressed by a different name. Additionally, messages sent through my chart also referred to me by an incorrect name, signed by MA Daniele. At no point was an explanation given for these discrepancies or for the test that had been ordered.The test in question is typically associated with the male population and does not appear to be relevant to my health. Eventually I received the call by MA Daniele, who explained that the test was ordered by Dr mistake.In addition, I experienced a significant delay on the day of my appointment. I was asked to arrive at 10:45 a.m., although my appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. I was not called by the nurse until 11:25 a.m., and after being placed in the exam room, I waited an additional 25 minutes before the doctor arrived, at approximately 11:50 a.m.Overall, the lack of communication, errors in my records, and extended wait time were concerning and did not reflect an appropriate standard of care. This raise a lot of questions and accuracy.
