I was impressed with the nurses: Kerri Ann and Danilla. The check in lady, Carvel, is always helpful and cheerful. The whole (including Blood work people) staff is always smiling.

Armand Rodriguez is a very overworked physician and still takes the time to explain and care for me each time I see him. Please treat him right - I would be lost if he retired or went elsewhere.

Dr Rodriguez is excellent but his staff makemany mistakes. Am having cataract surgeryand had a very difficult time trying toget the necessary lab order for clearanceVery difficult to get someone with intelligenceon phone. Staff dont read My Chart thoroughly and My Chart does not offerenough options to communicate withstaff on various matters. Trinity needsto be more selective in hiring staff .

He’s a medical doctor and physician. He’s not a “provider” stop using that term to describe doctors.They went to school a long time to get the medical doctor degree.Who is evaluating the hospital administration?Who is evaluating the people who are reviewing this form?

I could not wait to see Dr Rodriguez again. We moved to TX over 10 yrs ago but we are back in FL. Dr. Rodriguez was our Dr for about 20 yrs and we weren't able to find a Dr with all his wonderful ways of treating a patient, always with respect and caring for your health, we were not able to have a relationship with our family Dr. in TX as we did with Dr. Rodriguez here in FL.

He is a wonderful, caring individual who instills confidence in his approach and knowledge. We have issues with the practice in general, with it sometimes taking days to get an answer to a question or a prescription refilled. We get the constant impression that there are too many patients and not enough time to service them properly.
