I have no disregard for Dr. Rodriguez but I do have a disregard for THE SYSTEM that places undue pressure on caregivers and patients.Is the profit motive the driving force that neglects personalized care?Health care, and all of its ramifications, in the United States is DISMAL Tragically, change is unlikely.You can guess where I place much of the blame. Yes, the color is RED.

Dr Rodriguez is excellent but his staff makemany mistakes. Am having cataract surgeryand had a very difficult time trying toget the necessary lab order for clearanceVery difficult to get someone with intelligenceon phone. Staff dont read My Chart thoroughly and My Chart does not offerenough options to communicate withstaff on various matters. Trinity needsto be more selective in hiring staff .
