Arlene has always been a great provider. She listens and makes sure I get the tests, etc. that I need. Would dearly miss her if she were to retire.

Arlene Hartley found cancer when no other doctor did; she also found that I had a compressed trachea from a growth in my thyroid and recommended an excellent surgeon. She is intelligent, thorough, current with treatments and honest.

She out beats any doctor I have ever visited. She makes suggestions but ultimately leaves the options to me. That's what I call a doctor/patient relationship. Always listens and respects my choices.

I have been seeing PA Hartley for several years. She is more thorough and attentive than many physicians I have seen in my life! I wish all providers were as thorough and attentive!

I have been with Arlene Hartley for the past 5 years for my overall health, I came to Arlene with more baggage than most in regards to medical history, surgery and countless broken bone history, a history of heart attack and coding for 8 minutes. Again not a normal history, and more than most. Arlene agreed to take me on, I can’t say enough about how well she has cared, monitored my total health, I’m trying a lucky person to have Arlene Hartley on my team, great person, professional PA and great personality, she truly gets me, and I follow her directions in regards to all my overall health. Arlene has been seeing me for a number of years now. She always remembers me and obviously refreshes her information before seeing me so we can pick up with any issues I’ve had in the past. Arlene follows up with me on upcoming testsj or procedures when it’s time. I trust her and always look forward to my appointments with her.

I had anxiety attack while having blood work done. The staff and Julie were genuinely concerned and made sure I was okay to go home. The staff is awesome.

I am always treated with respect and compassion, but most importantly, Arlene Hartley is always current with medical treatments and protocol. She cares about her patients and will not 'give up' when there is an issue that challenges her patients. I have benefited from this both in a cancer diagnosis and ongoing treatment.
