A spotless easy access facility, lots of help available in every location. I was able to see the doctor several times, with no wait.I needed a 4-post walker, it was provided. I needed several braces. They were provided. I needed help with learning how to adjust the tools that were provided. They provided them. I needed PT. They gave PT instructions how to and what I needed to learn again to walk, get muscle tone back in both legs. This is still ongoing.

I would like to say that I've already recommended Dr. Seidenstein to people that I've seen, whether it be in a store or a dentist's office who has problems with their knees or has had surgery that didn't go well, I have recommended Dr. Seidenstein. I told them the kind of person that I felt he was and I wouldn't dare go to anybody else. Dr. Seidenstein has helped me maintain my knees because I don't feel that I would like to have surgery. I would like to continue with the route with injections, their gel injections. I would also like to say that his staff in both the from office, a hack and sack or it's parameters actually, and the Woodcliffe Lake office are phenomenal. I would have to say that he hires

Immediately after I saw the doctor while I was still in the examination room, I asked the nurse if she could please have the doctor call my allergist because there was some question about whether I would be allergic to the medicine and he had suggested I take it and if I break out in high, then stop. I wasn't comfortable with that, but it took me a beat to realize it. And the nurse refused to leave a message for the doctor or to get the doctor or to ask and just told me to call my allergist myself. That did not sit well with me and I don't think that my allergists would talk to me with the same detail or understanding or alacrity as they would with another doctor. I did speak to my allergists. I straightened it out, but I feel it should have been a doctor-to-doctor conversation. Thank you.

Previous diagnosis was explained by me. The MRI confirmed the diagnosis. The Dr told me MRI reports lie. The doctor's examination wasn't thorough enough to get my hip to make click sound. He discounted my diagnosis to back related issues and pushed me off to schedule a visit with a different dr. It's as if since I am not a hip replacement patient and I am a senior citizen he pushed me aside. Having a hip injection early next week with a different doctor outside of this "practice".

Doc Ari should be able to determine when a patient has a history of nerve damage, how it would affect the outcome of the operation, and what the patient needs to recover from the initial procedure. However, he had no clue as to what was happening to me until I explained it ot him.

I think the provider did a great job, but receiving all these text messages and emails and phone calls about giving a rating on the provider and my whole experience is a little too soon since I still have other times I need to be going for help with this provider. Office was packed, but I saw the patients (including myself) treated well and made to feel that their issues mattered. The staff was courteous, empathetic and professional. The Imaging Tech, Doctor, PA and Scribe were attentive and listened to me and made sure we were on the same page. I was in as a 1st time patient for a consult, they made me feel like I was NOT a "throw-away" one-shot deal. I have a different issue (knee) that I will be addressing down the road. I will seek to return in the future. My current healthcare is split between Englewood and HMH and I wish to consolidate under HMH. Finding an Orthopedist I would be comfortable with helped confirm my decision.

Office staff was very friendly and concerned about my needs. Things were explained to me about what needed to be done before and after surgery, and provided paper work with everything I need. I would highly recommend Dr Seidenstein and his staff to my family and friends.

He's a great doctor, but I think like all surgeons and orthopedic surgeons, they're very orally self-confident and a little, I forget the word, and I think they know they do a good job and they are sometimes just overly confident and relay that, which can be a good thing or it can be negative thing with this doctor. I'm very happy that he feels so confident.
