It is always good to go to my appointment at Baptist Rheumatology! Dr. GOel is such a wonderful,thorough, and caring doctor. She truly cares for her patients, never rushes me through and I always am encouraged by her care. She keeps up with my meds and quickly sends in refill prescriptions to my pharmacist, should I need them.

During my first office visit, I initially arrived at the wrong location. I called into the office and reached the answering service, where the representative immediately contacted the office to inform them that I was lost. At that point, I began to feel overwhelmed, as the hospital is very large and I had no idea where I was going. Fortunately, another representative who overheard the conversation stepped in and informed us that I needed to be at a different address just a few minutes down the street. I am extremely grateful to both of these ladies for taking the time to calm me down, assist me, and ensure I was directed to the correct location. I would also like to acknowledge the wonderful receptionist who followed up with me by phone to confirm that I was heading to the right place. She stayed on the line with me until I safely arrived at the correct office, which meant more to me than words can express. Once I arrived, my visit with Dr. Goel went very well. She took her time, was very thorough, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to identifying and addressing the issue. Overall, despite the initial confusion, I am very thankful for the compassion, patience, and support shown by the entire team.

Beautiful, Reception waiting area. Clean and appealing patient rooms. Very nice and helpful Reception staff. Love Dr. Goel! She is a great listener and explaining what she wants you to do before the next visit. Always trying to pinpoint how her patients can control their pain and inflammation.

Dr Goel gives her all. I haven’t experienced a more thorough doctor visit. I’m truly indebted. Dr. Goel may be limited on the treatment for myself as a rheumatologist, but I feel like her efforts are unlimited in her assistance to obtain treatment elsewhere. She didn’t just listen, she “ knew me” after the initial visit.
