Yes the deep tissue massage therapy was excellent , Donica is very knowledgeable and very professional and would recommend her to anyone.

Katrina was truly an exceptional therapist. She got my weakened body BEYOND where it had been before my illness. Now I can even mow my own lawn and do its weed-whacking! Thank you Katrina!

The care was outstanding, but I won't recommend Arbor health Morton hospital to anyone. Your billing practices are unreasonable. Prices are based on critical care hospital, not outpatient care. I shouldn't be paying hospital rates when I'm not in the hospital. I can get just as good of care up the road. For those reasons I won't return. Your rehab staff is great and I appreciate them, just not going to pay outrageous prices.

The whole experience and program was outstanding. The care, the caring, the empathy, the listening to the patient and the subsequent exercises were ALL outstanding. The entire staff were friendly, respectful, courteous and went out of their way to remember and call you by your first name.

Morton’s physical therapy department is and has always been at their highest standard. I have used it more than once actually more than twice lol. When you’re clumsy, you tend to end up in physical therapy. The therapist were absolutely wonderful the student therapist. The office staff and other staff have always been really good and is good. I feel better now than when I first started. I know I have more to go on my own and because of them I have the tools to make it better. Out of rehab facility I’ve ever went to Arbor health physical therapy is number one at the very top. There is very few places I fill that way about. I have absolutely no complaints. I appreciate the staff and I really appreciate those that help me through getting stronger thank you all very much. Please make sure the staff and rehab is let known how great they really are, thank you sincerely, [ ]

The staff is exceptional so caring and helpful. As long as I never have to be around Dr. Ford think Arbor Health is great. Also Arbor Health in Packwood has a great staff.

Chana Albracht was my therapist, her bedside magnets and level of care was only outdone by how comfortable she made me felt. I don't usually deal with therapy, gen x alpha male type. But after working with Chana and your team I'm sold, therapy works. Great department, friendly staff, who ever is, managing this needs applauded.

Steve is a very caring and kind man. It was easy to follow his instructions for continuing the exercises at home. I am grateful for both of the Physical Therapist’s that worked with me on my shoulder rehabilitation. My surgeon as very pleased with my outcome.

Lisa listened to my feedback and adjusted the treatment accordingly. She explained the MRI findings more completely than the doctor who referred to Rehab Services. I really appreciated her knowledge and focus on her patient.

Everyone in the Rehab department is friendly, helpful, and awesome, a great team of people, thank you all. I have made lots of progress since going there and have gotten much stronger, it was a huge help.
