Everything thing was fine except I was supposed to hear back about my x-rays and did not. It’s been two weeks.

Reception logged me in & already briefly explained my health issues to the medical staff, which helped expedite the treatment process. Medical Asst. & Doctor listened to my medical problem & quickly assessed the issue & were able to resolve my problem quickly. I appreciate the friendliness & professionalism by everyone at the clinic. I was surprised how efficient the process was, & that I was able to be released in time to also get a much needed prescription filled. Thank you!

Very impressed with the PA that cared for me. She took time to listen to my symptoms and diagnosed my back pain as sciatica. No prescription meds! Just rest, ice and OTC NSAIDS. NO WAIT AT ALL!!!!!!

.Need more Dr's to see people and longer & more days to schedule. Also the schedule in desk does not offer any privacy to discuss why you're there.

We arrived during the clinic’s lunch hour. The hospital director saw us in the lobby and was able to expedite getting us in to start the registration process. Very much appreciated them going above and beyond!

Every thing was very goo right up to when they did not get my medicine called in and left me hanging for the entire Friday nite , Saturday & Sunday without cough medicine and inhaler which I needed so badly...

I saw a nurse practitioner. And she promptly transferred me to the Emergency roemergency room. The services provided there was unacceptable.

They were pretty awesome when i came in 15 minutes before they stop accepting patients (630pm). The receptionist quickly checked to see if i could be seen and the nurse came right out and took me back. The receptionist even was awesome enough to print my insurance card so id have it until mine came in the mail. 3

The nurses and Dr was great. We drive from Napavine because we like the Rapid care and the clinic. We have been patients if Dr Fritz for years and Wouldn’t have it any other way. Thanks for the great service.

The attention, care, knowledge of Dr. McCurry and his willingness and ability to clearly discuss the problem and the options (pro and con) available to address the issue and honor, when appropriate, the patience’s decisions regarding the options.
