Dr Hansen and his assistant (Megan may have been her name) were attentive, understanding and very helpful to my hearing issue - I had used something smaller than my elbow to clean my ear. I was grateful for their help and experience.

I’ve had a cough for a very, very long time. Doctor was very quick medical assistant was very easy and everything was explained very quickly to me, and the doctor actually listen to the symptoms I was having.

Very impressed with your clinic! The doctor was excellent at explaining my illness and the treatment/medications. The NAssistant was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The front desk clerk was friendly and respectful.

Aside from the large fan running in the waiting room, which I think was due to drying carpets, everything was being amazing. The only complaint about the fan is it made it hard to hear the last at check in.

Dr McCurry was excellent and listened to my issue and fixed it through a specific treatment. Very thorough. I did not feel rushed but it also seemed like a very slow day.

We recommend Rapid Care to all our friends and family members. We tell them about the wonderful staff, nurses, doctors and the wait time is awesome! We have always been in and out with time to spare. The doctor spends quality time with me and make me feel like he is concern about me not feeling well. I am sure everyone wants a doctor who makes them feel this way and this is why Morton Rapid Care Clinic is so special because it is not just one doctor. I know a few doctors that work the clinic and they all make their patients feel like that. I know for me and my family, we will drive to Morton and visit the Rapid Care Clinic or Morton Hospital then go into Chehalis/Centralia to be seen by an Urgent Care or Hospital that would take 3 - 12 hours to be seen. The doctors and nurses in Morton have compassion!!! This is one skill that is missing in other facilities especially if you have waited there so long for care just to be seen.

You had paxlovid on stock!. A few days later on a Wednesday, my wife needed the same medication and we had to go Chehalis to get it.

So grateful to have a rapid clinic here. It saves me from driving an hour to a walk in clinic. Doctor’s are always thorough, kind and efficient. The nurses are great and checking in is easy.

Staff kindness, care, concern why I was there. wish a little more privacy when checking in giving information that should be confidential such as name birthday date, due to today's world of scamming. I know this issue also exists in other rapid care centers though. Other than that I was extremely happy with the care I received.

Dr. McCurry was wonderful with the kiddos! Very thorough and informative. Gave helpful suggestions and advice on how to mitigate symptoms and what to look for that may require a return visit. Very happy with his bedside manner and information all around.

Reception was rude, went in for an ankle injury, couldn’t put pressure on it, was told to walk across campus to get xray and had to repeat that I can’t put pressure on my ankle 4 times before she offered me a wheelchair.

This was gor Bill [ ]. I had a x-ray they didn't call me on the results. Depending on the outcome i was supposed to be called for physical therapy. I have not heard a thing. So the follow up was not there.

I don't recall the Doctor's name, but he was great! I was in pain and the Pharmacy wasn't open that day or the next. He couldn't find the exact thing I needed, but found something that would work. I thank him so much! Issue is resolved and I feel 100% better! Thank You!

It was pretty outstanding to be told there was nothing wrong with me, and that I should take an otc allergy med, and then be literally walked out on. Especially when I ended up in a different clinic the next day with my ear drum almost rupturing.
