Everything was great, they knew how sick I was and got me immediate care and a breathing treatment to help before I could get my prescriptions.

Idk what it is but doctors are too reluctant to give out prescriptions. Even of the non painkilling kind.

Dr. McCurry and his assistant were great, as are all aspects of Arbor Health. I so appreciate our local health center!

Dr. Hansen was knowledgeable and explained to me my issue and how to treat it. He helped me more in a few minutes than anyone else this past year.

Receptionist was so kind over the phone and in person, answered all my questions without any blunt/annoyed in my lack of knowledge with walk in procedure, staff was kind to my son with me as well

I was expecting to be there half the day, but pleasantly surprised it was maybe 1/2 hour!!! Great experience!!

The care Emma Dames provided was very good but her bedside manner was exceptional. She took considerable interest in my comfort and proper treatment which made for a much better experience at the clinic as well as during recovery. That being said, everybody was very kind and efficient, a good experience.

I think that the rapid Care clinic did a wonderful job of addressing my concerns and all of the staff really made me feel at ease as well as heard given the situation I was in and the injury I had sustained at work. I had peace of mind and the staff explained to me that because my injury was a work injury that I did not have to worry about the cost coming out of my pocket. I also really appreciated how the doctor took the time to examine my injury carefully and showed true concern about the situation.

Dr Mccurry was great. His diagnosis was spot on. He showed true professionalism, and great respect for my concerns. Would definitely recommend Arbor health rapid care clinic.

I felt that Rapid Care was honestly no help to me. For the reason I went there for they could provide no help for me.can’t even get a referral to see another Doctor. Very disappointing!! I don’t have a provider right now so until I can get one setup to start seeing I won’t be able to seek the care I need.

Reception logged me in & already briefly explained my health issues to the medical staff, which helped expedite the treatment process. Medical Asst. & Doctor listened to my medical problem & quickly assessed the issue & were able to resolve my problem quickly. I appreciate the friendliness & professionalism by everyone at the clinic. I was surprised how efficient the process was, & that I was able to be released in time to also get a much needed prescription filled. Thank you!

Very impressed with the PA that cared for me. She took time to listen to my symptoms and diagnosed my back pain as sciatica. No prescription meds! Just rest, ice and OTC NSAIDS. NO WAIT AT ALL!!!!!!

.Need more Dr's to see people and longer & more days to schedule. Also the schedule in desk does not offer any privacy to discuss why you're there.
