I think that the rapid Care clinic did a wonderful job of addressing my concerns and all of the staff really made me feel at ease as well as heard given the situation I was in and the injury I had sustained at work. I had peace of mind and the staff explained to me that because my injury was a work injury that I did not have to worry about the cost coming out of my pocket. I also really appreciated how the doctor took the time to examine my injury carefully and showed true concern about the situation.

Dr Mccurry was great. His diagnosis was spot on. He showed true professionalism, and great respect for my concerns. Would definitely recommend Arbor health rapid care clinic.

I felt that Rapid Care was honestly no help to me. For the reason I went there for they could provide no help for me.can’t even get a referral to see another Doctor. Very disappointing!! I don’t have a provider right now so until I can get one setup to start seeing I won’t be able to seek the care I need.

Everything thing was fine except I was supposed to hear back about my x-rays and did not. It’s been two weeks.

Reception logged me in & already briefly explained my health issues to the medical staff, which helped expedite the treatment process. Medical Asst. & Doctor listened to my medical problem & quickly assessed the issue & were able to resolve my problem quickly. I appreciate the friendliness & professionalism by everyone at the clinic. I was surprised how efficient the process was, & that I was able to be released in time to also get a much needed prescription filled. Thank you!

Very impressed with the PA that cared for me. She took time to listen to my symptoms and diagnosed my back pain as sciatica. No prescription meds! Just rest, ice and OTC NSAIDS. NO WAIT AT ALL!!!!!!

We arrived during the clinic’s lunch hour. The hospital director saw us in the lobby and was able to expedite getting us in to start the registration process. Very much appreciated them going above and beyond!

Every thing was very goo right up to when they did not get my medicine called in and left me hanging for the entire Friday nite , Saturday & Sunday without cough medicine and inhaler which I needed so badly...

I saw a nurse practitioner. And she promptly transferred me to the Emergency roemergency room. The services provided there was unacceptable.

They were pretty awesome when i came in 15 minutes before they stop accepting patients (630pm). The receptionist quickly checked to see if i could be seen and the nurse came right out and took me back. The receptionist even was awesome enough to print my insurance card so id have it until mine came in the mail. 3
