The whole team were excellent and the care was awesome. Great results and I could breath and my blood pressure was under control by the time I left. Wonderful team.

I would like to thank the doctor who treated [ ] for not pushing antibiotics and for listening when I spoke about a prior experience that had turned out bad. She was an amazing doctor, and I would be happy to see her again for nyself or my children.

The Dr gave many options as the pharmacy was almost closed. He solved the problem and gave me an injection.

The overall experience is very much appreciated. Staff are kind, caring and professional. I drive 31 miles to get to Morton Arbor health, this is the closest service to my home. So good to know there is urgent care this close to home.

Dr McCurry is an excellent doctor who listens and understands. He is very knowledgeable about many ailments and I can trust him to provide excellent care.

They gave my son pain medicine for his ear right away. The front office staff, MA, and Dr. were all fantastic. This is the 2nd time I have taken my son to rapid care and both experiences were great.

Everything was excellent. Far above what I have come to expect from a medical facility. The people were all amazing. Friendly reception , the most kind nurse ever and a great Dr. Very happy and impressed with my visit. I was terribly ill and they had me on my way before I could believe it. Yet I still feel I received I very high quality of care and compassion. Thank you all so much.

The extra time given by PA for 2nd visit and recommendation for IV fluids. ER visit also timely- even though they were busy. ER doctor ( Anderson) very competent and thorough with discharge instructions. I had seen Dr Amderson several months ago for colonoscopy. I was very impressed with him and nurse Rose Mary while in Surgical Dept. I have recommended Arbor Health to others- in these areas. Great to see the upgrades in services over the last few years regarding the hospital!

Idk what it is but doctors are too reluctant to give out prescriptions. Even of the non painkilling kind.

Receptionist was so kind over the phone and in person, answered all my questions without any blunt/annoyed in my lack of knowledge with walk in procedure, staff was kind to my son with me as well

The care Emma Dames provided was very good but her bedside manner was exceptional. She took considerable interest in my comfort and proper treatment which made for a much better experience at the clinic as well as during recovery. That being said, everybody was very kind and efficient, a good experience.

I think that the rapid Care clinic did a wonderful job of addressing my concerns and all of the staff really made me feel at ease as well as heard given the situation I was in and the injury I had sustained at work. I had peace of mind and the staff explained to me that because my injury was a work injury that I did not have to worry about the cost coming out of my pocket. I also really appreciated how the doctor took the time to examine my injury carefully and showed true concern about the situation.
