Doctor was a know it all prick who knowingly got the diagnosis and treatment wrong. Then, sent me on my way.

The nurses and doctor that helped me were compassionate and thorough. They quickly coordinated transportation for me to have surgery in olympia.

I was brought by a friend after a fall at home. I was bleeding so was taken immediately to an exam room. Check in was completed there. The first person to treat me might have been a mid level provider. He was so concerned, polite and efficient. I immediately knew I was in good hands. The nurse and doctor were equally professional and kind. The CAT scan was performed by a man I knew so I was in good hands. We are so privileged to have such a great facility in eastern Lewis County!

They took great care of me and kept my husband informed im alive and after being in ICU for 5 days at OHSU AND WAS REALEASED NOV. 4 th! Home now and taking one day at a time recovery!!

I have told people I care about in our area to go to Morton. It’s beyond worth the drive and the staff is seem less with care. I was checked on multiple times for comfort and needs. The doctor that handled the procedure made it as painless as possible and I’m healed now from their efforts. Ty Morton night crew, I will come back every time

Dr. Vincent Ball provided excellent care! His responsiveness and caring attitude reduced my worries about my broken arm. I was grateful he warned us about the slow service at the pharmacy. We waited for hours.

I am a 100% VA disabled and you need to send all bills to VA. I will not pay for anything boot or finger split.

I’m from Arkansas and I’ve never had better care taken of me than in Morton. Everyone was kind and attentive during my stay. The nurses were great as was the doctor. A+ for the entire staff! My name is Larry Wells and I wish to give a big shoutout to all the staff I met during my time there. You all are amazing!! Thanks again!!

Dr.Ball, the nurses and Angie at the front desk were all amazing. I had extremely high blood pressure and they did everything to help me and ran all the necessary tests. This hospital has exceeded my expectations and more. The people that work there are absolutely amazing and the kindest.

Dr. Ball was absolutely fantastic ! He was energetic, upbeat, professional, informative, caring, and a little silly to help ease the nervousness away from Christian and his younger sister ! He gave thoughtful instructions to the assisting nurse and popsicles to the kids. He made us all feel like he was glad to provide care for our family.

I came in for my 9 year old daughter and also had a 3 & 6 year old in tow. As a mother that is a stressful feeling not knowing how the other two will behave or how long of a night you are about to have. During our time there, the nurse gave all three children some cute little puzzles to play with. Later a friendly gal behind the desk took my 3 & 6 year old to pick out coloring books and crayons. There was a friendly police officer that played with my son. We had no wait time before being taken to triage. The nurse and doctor both arrived promptly and acted quickly. My daughter was sent for a CT scan. The technician was very friendly and explained everything in complete detail to my daughter and made sure she was very comfortable with everything that was happening with her. The staff from reception to nurse to doctor to technicians was amazing. The way this team explain and relate to children felt like we were at a pediatric hospital. If we need ER again this will be our pick!

It took a long time in the emergency room, but the doctor in there was very thorough with all my blood works and CAT scans and I really appreciate this stop being so kind

My wife dislocated her shoulder. We arrived after midnight at the hospital, received almost immediately and treated by nurse and EMT. Doctor advised XRay and then explained carefully the course of treatment . Anesthesiologist arrived in 20 minutes and explained the method he was using to anesthetize my wife. All the while she was kept as comfortable as possible. They relocated her shoulder, explained follow up care and we were release. They all made a very painful situation a whole lot better. We were very please with the care at Arbor.

I think that this hospital does the best it can, there is always room to improve. I kind of gave up explaining all that was going on w/me because 2 people can't talk at the same time. I think there could be improvement with some of the nurses & blood drawing.

Dr. Spera was excellent at attending to my son’s injury, assuring him while he waited for family to arrive and also following up with us after his discharge. I am very impressed at the level of care and follow through with Dr. Spera and the team. Even getting his medical records was quick and easy! Thank you so much!!!

had to have an x-ray when I was in the emergency room and my cross necklace I had to takeoff for x-rays and they didn’t make sure that I came out with it and now they can’t find it. Someone stole it or it is somewhere they’re supposed to let me know. Haven’t heard back. It would be nice gold covered cross necklace with some nickel.

The doctors and nurses are always so kind. If your honest they don't judge you or make you feel bad about yourself. I appreciated everything they did for me. There very fast in getting you in and out. Thank you Arbor Health and team.

I was in emergency because I slashed my arm open and the doctor was there. I can’t remember the name I’m 80s so I don’t know how how how is remember his name he is a good doctor why he’s quick he’s strict you know and and stuff like that, but he did a good job. Really appreciate it. I gotta take the stitches out. I’m gonna call again today and see if he’s there there. He’s there an emergency for 24 hours and let him do it cause I had had something he worked on me one other time one when I passed out OK very good and I’m I’m happy with the service and emergency now .

Everyone we encountered was kind, caring and helpful. We were lucky there were no other patients, but I’d like to think the experience would be the same if there had been.

The new provider Karen was amazing and very caring. I would 100% recommend her for care. She knew I was in pain amd took no time getting me back amd talking to.
