I specifically refuse to receive service but they still performed it anyway. I wasn't injured. I didn't need assistance and I did not need a bill for something I was refusing. I consider this to be extortion and it should be illegal

Communication between patient-doctor nurses or great.I had no problems.Just had problem with the printer not printing out my treatment.But the dog explained it and put it in paper.So it was fine over all great experience

The on-call doctor (I think his name was Dr. Caleb) was outstanding! He came in and said he had heard my cough and was very disturbed! I was given the best of care and I totally appreciate it!

Dr Spera stood outside my door asking me about medication I have and a previous C diff... This is a HUGE HIPPA violation to talk to me outside the room with other patients in rooms next door. He treated me like I was a drug seeker. I had already explained I did a half oxycodone to help with pain that I had from my C diff 7 months earlier and he did a Urine Drug Screening that was a waste of my money and time!! I have been in the medical field all my life and to have Dr Spera show absolutely not one ounce of compassion or interest was disgusting. Dr Spera is the worst doctor I have EVER encountered and should not be practicing. The staff was AMAZING and I have had encounters with most of them with my mom and sister who both suffered Strokes. I was severely sick for 7 days but felt I would rather die than see Dr. Spera again. I won't pay for his services and Urine Drug Screening. If you have any questions call 253-678-8303 Debra Mullen. Quick check in and taken right in to see a nurse. She was great. Then it was shift change and she went home. X-ray tech was kind and efficient.

The empathy and ❤ care was excellent including their safety concerns for my return 🏡 home.... I was WISELY kept in the lounge area until proper transportation arrangements were made for my safe return😄😊

Jolene, the receptionist was amazing, kind, professional attentive. Deneen, the nurse Was kind attentive, professional efficient. Dr. Lee is a great doctor. The nurse from traveling was very effective also. I felt like I was in a designer hospital. Every need was taken care of.

This is the 2nd time I’ve come here, injured after a skiing accident. Both times it was the absolute best ER experience I’ve ever had! It probably helps that they weren’t busy at either visit, but I have a feeling they would be just as nice in a busy time. Both times they had me in a room immediately and handed my husband the paperwork to fill out instead of the injured miserable person. The only stutter was the front desk kid who greeted us, checked me in, and processed the paperwork. He was polite and kind for sure, but he seemed scattered, forgetful and made a lot of mistakes. Maybe he’s really new and needs more training? Again, he was nice and really tried, but I think I was the only patient there, or 1 of 2? What would happen if they had a crazy busy time? I think he’ll get it, just needs training, experience and confidence.

My child had a snowboarding accident and hit his head, the staff, doctors, and lab technician were all great! I have already talked about our visit to several people.

The only thing that I heard was that my primary doctor wasn't fully up to speed with my visit to the ER. That's communication between arbor health and the VA.

Everything was outstanding, professional, and caring. The doctor explained the situation, including why my wife needed to be sent to a hospital that had the capability for her care, equipment specialist, etc. She also explained why it would take a while to find a hospital in the area.

The doctor, nurses and all that took care of me was right on the ball. I got there and was immediately taken back to a room. I was told everything they were going to do before it was done. All were very professional. I was very impressed with all of the people that took care of me. Thank you!!!

I was brought by a friend after a fall at home. I was bleeding so was taken immediately to an exam room. Check in was completed there. The first person to treat me might have been a mid level provider. He was so concerned, polite and efficient. I immediately knew I was in good hands. The nurse and doctor were equally professional and kind. The CAT scan was performed by a man I knew so I was in good hands. We are so privileged to have such a great facility in eastern Lewis County!

They took great care of me and kept my husband informed im alive and after being in ICU for 5 days at OHSU AND WAS REALEASED [ ]! Home now and taking one day at a time recovery!!

I have told people I care about in our area to go to Morton. It’s beyond worth the drive and the staff is seem less with care. I was checked on multiple times for comfort and needs. The doctor that handled the procedure made it as painless as possible and I’m healed now from their efforts. Ty Morton night crew, I will come back every time
