Though Dr Patil did not know me personally as a patient, he listened to my concerns and took them seriously, asking follow-up questions to be sure he had the necessary information to help me. His exam was thorough and I felt he understood why I was there, that my concerns were not frivolous. Dr Kassenoff and Dr Patil made the necessary adjustments to my new medication and helped me be able to move forward and feel much better.

The resident who did the initial assessment was very thorough and confident. Having worked in a teaching hospital for 28 years in administration, I am familiar with interns and residents, and I believe the resident examining me will be an excellent practicing physician. My primary is also an excellent physician, although she has an extremely busy practice.

When we have an appointment stating 830 and we're still not seen for two hours, that's not a good thing.

I checked in to my appointment using the Hackensack Meridian app. After I checked on, I was sitting in the waiting room and recoeved a call...from the doctor's office. They were reminding me about my appointment. I told them I was sitting in their waiting room. They did not see the app check-in. .

I was very happy that l was able to get an appointment on the same day that l called as l was leaving for vacation the next day.
