I had an excellent experience with the cardiologist test today. The ladies provided me with the best experience I've ever had. They were very warm and welcoming towards me. Our conversations, had me laughing the entire time. At that time and point, I really needed it. The conversations took my mind off my worries.

Both the nurse and the doctor that I had seen that day were excellent and provided excellent information to me and were very caring and sympathetic and just overall very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable visiting and asking questions.

I ended up going into svt in the office. This was supposed to be a routine annual appointment and I ended up in the hospital.

Oh yes, I had an excellent experience. Everybody was so nice with the EKG and the doctor. He was real concerned about my aspirin intake and my blood pressure. He was curious because I always had an extremely low blood pressure and my heart rate was fine, but it was a little different things he noticed, but it was all excellent. So I was really impressed. I really liked that office. Never been to a cardiologist. A little worried, but I was assured that everything was fine, so I appreciate your office and the doctor. It was excellent care, and very courteous and professional, and they were very nice. And I love the EKG and everything, and at Jefferson Health as well, and virtually. Thank you for your care. Thank you for your concern. Thank you for your service.

I liked the provider very much. He explained everything in detail. He was very nice, great bedside manner. I did not care for the medical assistant. I don't know what his name is. White guy, probably in his 40s, heavy set. I did not like his bedside manner and he made me feel uncomfortable. Yeah, so I think he needs a little bit of training.
