Good overall but didn’t like the idea after waiting 4 months to see her because of Scheduling issues she couldn’t prescribe what I needed that Dr. Dounchis Had!!!!

From the start, very little office wait time to see Dr Fetzer.

The staff at NCH is exceptional from reception, the Physician Assistant, X-Tech, scheduler, and Dr.Fetzer, of course. I am totally impressed with NCH.

Dr. Fetzer is an awesome doctor. Check out time is sometime slow when trying to find an appointment. Overall it a good office.

Dr Fetzer was fabulous. She took time reviewing x-rays and MRI. She answered all questions. You felt like she was 100% present on taking care of you. No rush, no hand on the doorknob trying to quicken your time together. Absolutely would recommend her!! You will love her.

Dr Fetzer was wonderful, caring, listened to my concerns, spent quality time with reviewing [ ]. I have to rank her tops in patient care. You felt like her time with you was all about you.. answering questions, addressing concerns and she was there to make sure you were extremely well taken care of!! I would recommend her anytime.

My visit to HSS Creekside was excellent. From the time I checked in to being escorted to the Doctor's office I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, The nurse, the x-ray technician were exemplary What can I say about Dr. Fetzer! From beginning to end, I have been treated exceptionally well. I was actually called in by the medical technician before the time of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Fetzer came in immediately after his historical information was taken by the technician and we had an extremely productive meeting. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and was willing to listen to the silly complaints of this old man.
