Everybody is absolutely fantastic and they treat my daughter so well. They genuinely went out of their way to make her feel very comfortable and that's very important to me. So thank you.

I was very satisfied with the service and I was very comfortable while I was talking to the doctor and all the other information that I got and it was pretty well satisfied.

Every personnel in April’s office is professional and personable. My husband and I put our trust completely in these people. April Branham, NP is excellent. She speaks to us on a professional basis, but when we need more clarification on a subject, she does not speak down to us. She is kind, and personable and my husband and I both trust her fully.This recent visit, she had to do a punch biopsy on a spot on my arm. Being that I am an RN myself, I paid close attention to how April performed the procedure on me. She did just as well as any MD that has ever performed a similar procedure on me. We are blessed to have her as our caregiver.

Staff and NP are always knowledgeable and friendly. They always answer any concerns or questions I have. They always take the time to listen to what I have to say. They never try to hurry me up to get me out.

April branham did not listen to the chief complaint and history provided. I do not recommend parkland primary care.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The doctor, nurse, and secretary work very well together and have always made my visits pleasant and quick. Never walked out wondering anything about my care , they have always explained everything so that I can understand and April always listens any makes me a part of my care.

Dr April B was amazing! She showed so much care about my health and recommended bloodwork that showed numbers that matter. Her nurse was very helpful.

I followed April Brannon. She was the 1st doctor I have ever seen that didn’t bat an eye when I said the word “Anxiety”. She was empathetic & caring & understanding. And that means a LOT coming from the Doctor World. I was not treated as just another person. I wasn’t rushed through like a cow in a chute. She listened & asked questions. She will be beneficial to your establishment.

April is one of the best nurse practitioners I’ve been to, she listens to my issues and finds a way to fix them and educated me on them in a way I understand.
