My experience at LEE HEALTH was very good. Renewal of my status as an active patient gave me confidence that if I need medical attention while in Florida it will be available. Especially pleased that both Lancaster General Hospital & Lee Health use the same Apex software for our health records.

Both the nurse & Dr. Appelbaum were very friendly & thoughtful during my visit. Only delay for my appointment was when checking in at the registration desks, but everything was completed successfully.

All the staff-receptionists, nurses, and Dr. Applebaum were just terrific. They were friendly, knowledgable, and very professional as they provided me with the answers to my questions and the way way they cared for me. The atmosphere of the entire hospital is comfortiong and just puts one at ease as soon as we enter. Thank you to all.

Dr. Applebaum is a consumate professional. He has been our general physician for over 5 years. He is caring and explains in detail any concerns. You should be happy to have him on your staff. He does have limited availability and must be in high demand. Appointments are difficult to schedule in a timely manner and must be made months in advance for general visits. This in no way is a negative for him as a doctor - he's excellent.

I had the last appointment of the day and waited a half hour beyond my scheduled appointment. I registered on line but was told to get there 40 minutes before my appointment. The office could do a better job of communicating appointment time. Once I was seen, Dr Applebaum took all the time I needed.
