only downside was being asked to arrive 15 early, then waiting a total of 40 minutes before leaving the waiting room.... I understand the doctor running behind, but dislike the "get here well before your appointment"

It was my first visit with this provider. He had my chat on the screen but we filled in each other as we went along. He made me feel very comfortable.

He listens to his patient and he actually has a dialog with his patient. This doctor is also exceptionally good at explaining procedures and options. On a scale of 1-10, doctor is a 10!

I love Dr. Shah. He is kind and understanding, takes time to speak to you, and I just, it's a great experience with him. You know, a doctor appointment deck's not a very comfortable thing to do. He makes it easy.

The receptionist,s were extremely unfriendly. Proper etiquette was not shone in in any way. And they all seemed angry about something. A little bit of kindness goes a long way and makes a great first impression. I hope this stays personal because I think the Doc. is wonderful.

Dr. Shah is an incredible doctor. He listens. He takes the time to explain things to you. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I've referred my mother to him already. He's just the same way with her. I referred my friend to him. He was the same way with her and resolved her issues. Dr. Shah is just an incredible doctor.

Dr. Shah Anup is the best. He's friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He listens to your concerns and answers all your question. He doesn't rush you out of his office. If only all doctors could be so invested in their profession and clients care.

I called my previous physician's office to find that he had retired. So I took the doctor that they offered me. He was very nice, very kind, very willing to speak to me. And I had to call again for something. I guess it's been a week later. And the person who responded to me was wonderful and lovely. And I was very happy with the way they treated me. I'm going to be seeing them again.
